The customer placed an order 9/at 2:49pmThe order was cancelled and refund 9/at 6:27pm, about hours after placing the orderSince the customer made a payment via [redacted] the refund was instant We have not withheld the customers funds for a week as stated by the customerThe screen shot below is directly from PayPal showing both transactions completed withe same day [redacted] We apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused, but we don't believe we should be "shut down" for not fulfilling a $order that was reimbursed almost instantly

I placed me order though them for some headers and they cancelled my order 4 days later without a valid reason. When I had called they hung up on me. I called back 3 more times and they all told me that the part had changed part numbers and couldnt be order by the manufacture. I decided to call JBA myself to see what was going on. Dustin at JBA had inform me no such changes were made and the item is fully in stock. I called back technical support and they transferred me to someone they claimed that could help me, I had waited almost an hour and been first in line waiting customer the whole time. On [redacted] shopping it is also listed as $402 with free shipping. I still got charged shipping. I would never recommend anyone to autoplicity ever again. If you see an item you like on here just pay the extra few bucks and buy it some where else. These guys here seem to not honor their sales and lack in customer care. They claimed my refund was already processed, but I havent seen a penny yet. I called back the next day and got ahold of someone in sales, they pretty much accused me of lying about speaking to JBA to confirm that my part was in stock, the sales person also told me a manager would call me back. its been a few days and no word.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In speaking with [redacted] at UPS Customer Service at 10:am on 3/18/16, they have confirmed there is a INVESTIGATION into the missing shipment, not a CLAIM as the merchant has stated She also shared that the status on the package prior to the INVESTIGATION was "Order Processed; Ready for Pickup"UPS has stated this means only an electronic shipping label was generated, which anyone with a UPS account can create, but the package has not entered the UPS network She also shared that when an item is picked up the status will change to "Origin Scan" or "Picked Up", which occurs within hours of when UPS picks up the package from the shipper - in this case this should have been no later than 3/ As neither of these status were recorded by UPS, this means that the package was not entered into the UPS network, and ultimately was not shipped Also, a CLAIM can not be initiated until an INVESTIGATION is completed, which can take up to days.Despite the claim by the merchant that a CLAIM has been initiated with UPS, and that a refund has been issued, a full payment refund has not been made via Amazon Payments (original payment method) as of 10:EST 3/18/ Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:i ordered another "skid plate" with Autoplicity not hardware when I ordered it on the of this month there was a picture of the skid plate and the description said SKID PLATE not another word on it. they were paid in less then a week still waiting for a skid plate and not another bait and switch show and say skid plate and then send muffler tube or something all I want is my S K I D P L A T E thank you iam up to 45, yes forty five emails trying to get my SKID PLATE please help?

I am rejecting this response because:Clearly the link you provided states "box of 10" in the link itselfI notified the customer service rep from autoplicty in a email that I received out of spark plugs and his response was: "Hi there, I did some digging for this one and found out there was an error on the required order quantity, the website should have only allowed you to order a box of which would be a minimum order quantity of quantity 10, some how the website allowed you to order a single one, I have notified our IT department and they will have it fixed right away, please let me know if you wish to return what was delivered, thanksUnfortunately we will be unable to ship out since a single was orderedWe apologize for the inconvenience caused." (End e-mail) The website link has been changed since I bought the items, *** clearly admits fault in his own words.Immediately after that I wrote *** back, explaining that I would like to return the items for a refundHe responded stating I must send a picture of the items sent, so I didI waited for return instructions and never received anyI wrote back again stating that I felt I was being stolen from if I could not return the items for a refund and once again, never heard back from ***Other websites sell the pack of spark plugs for a few dollars more than autoplicity is charging for a single, I thought I was getting a little bit of a deal, but now I have been ripped off by a long shotNever filed a Revdex.com complaint in my life, but autoplicity deserves to be called out, they misrepresent products, they won't allow returns, they won't address complaints, and they rip their customers off
