I am rejecting this response because: This is the same message from the in behalf of a sales representative, its like no one in this company cares they just copy and paste the same message , no one is taking this complaint serious or they just dont care , I am still expecting my full refund and a apology from this company , I paid for a service and did not receive it like advertise .this company needs to take there customers more serious they are not a company with out us.

I have attached a copy of both for your viewing.Product Description:Spring Has Sprung Bouquet @$64.99.  What better way to welcome in the Spring season, than with a fresh bouquet of flowers. A gala of assorted roses and daisies are artistically arranged with lush, fresh greens in a glass vase tied with a raffia ribbon, with no indication of the amount of flowers that are to be used. It will certainly brighten the day of any lucky recipientItem pictured is a depiction of an arrangement that we will make as similar as possible with the same look and feel.Arrangement Recipe:The recipe that the florist used to fill the arrangement to value was as follows:A vase with 6 light pink roses, 5 stems of yellow spray roses, 5 of lavender daisies, ruscus, raffia bow. The the customer would rather to have it redelivered and rectified.  The customer stated that she will call back and wanted to redeliver. In order to have that done, we file a request with the florist to pick up what was delivered and them have a re delivery done as shown below:12. Cancellation, Returns, And Refunds Policy1) DissatisfactionSince most of our products are perishable goods, we do not offer refunds after the product has been in possession for more than 7 days.   If you do not want a re-delivery of a new product(s) and you notified us within 7 days that you are unsatisfied with the product(s) and you would like to receive a refund instead; we will need to be provided the opportunity to pick up the product(s) you are dissatisfied with prior to processing a refund. If you do not provide us the opportunity to pick up the product(s) we may be able to issue you a store credit for future use or a redelivery instead of a refund.  They will not be re delivered and have a refund issued too. It is either one or the other as per the policy. A request has been sent to the florist to pick up the two items and re deliver. response because:  I did what they said for 16 days.  I stayed home 3 times for a slot of time...2.5 hrs each during which they said the plant would be picked up.  It was not.  I left it with the doorman for 3 days (where it should not be in my building.  The saidthe florist tried to pick it up.  That is a lie.  There are 2 full time doormen here 24/7.  I no longer have the plant as I do not keep ugly things inmy home.  They had plenty of time to resolve this.  They are just doing to you what they did to me.  If you google their complaint sections, you will see that this is standard policy for them.

apology from the employee himself regarding his disrespectful, culturally insensitive attitude (by making fun of my statement that it was Mother's Day in my country), and sexist attitude (by mocking me in a feminine voice).  Although I appreciate the response from the company, I would like the apology from the employee himself or a confirmation that he no longer works for the company if he is unable to apologize.

01:00 PM ,Order left with Intended Recipient. I've spoken to the florist/owner, who made the delivery himself of TWO Easter baskets, one for a boy and one for a girl. They were filled with Easter candies, two plush bunnies and assorted Easter novelties as ordered. They did not deliver flowers to [redacted] as mentioned. These were both accepted by one of the adults at the home. This are the item ordered:Basket arrangement of Basket arrangement of BOY AND GIRL THEMED assortment of delicious sweets (CANDY), 2 plush bunny, and cute novelty items- Easter!!!!!!! It was filled to value using the money provided by the customer by the affiliated florist.
