This company did not deliver as expected. Ordered a beautiful arrangement from their website, ended up with 12 roses stuck in a vase for same price. Would not recommend at all. Had trouble even delivering to address.

I am rejecting this response because:they required additional money on 2/16/for supplies or the order would be canceled, and I only agreed to pay if they guaranteed delivery that dayIt was not deliveredI spoke with a supervisor the next day who thought it was outrageous that they asked for money, and she promised a beautiful basket would be delivered that day(2/17), and if not I could cancelShe called back and left a message saying it could not, so I called back and canceledWith a fight, the customer rep agreedThe next day the basket is delivered and I had already made other gift arrangementsI called make sure they canceled the charge from my card and they said it was held up from the weatherMy mother in law went to work on 2/17, the day of the bad weather so it was obviously not bad out, and furthermore, they promised delivery the day before the bad weatherI find the whole situation unprofessional and lacking in customer careThey agree to cancel my order, and then totally disregard my wishes and send the basket anywayI was going to call my credit card company and dispute the charges, but wanted to give them a chance to do the right thing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was ripped off, lied to, and treated as if I had done something wrongThe $that Avas flowers had offered was not even half of a refund when only half of the order was receivedThe $store credit is the last thing I would want from a company that cheated and lied to me.I have no use for it and such a low amount of credit wouldn't even allow for any purchases without me having to spend more money It is outrageous to me that Avas flowers still insists that the order of MULTI color tulips was delivered when the picture of the actual arrangement received clearly shows tulips and only colors present (not the colors I was assured)They tried to claim that there were only colors because Valentines day took up all their supply of pink and red flowers and they were allowed to substitute if neededI again reiterated that I was not informed of any substitutions and half the flowers are still missingFor them insist that the order was correct even though it is blatantly obvious that it wasn't, goes to show that Avas flowers is being stubbornly dishonestObviously, a mistake was made- that is why they made an unsatisfactory offer; but they are not willing to admit their wrong doing or deceptionI reported their mistake within hours and Avas flowers is trying to claim that I didn'tThey gave me the runaround for daysI had to prove I wasn't lying and when I presented irrefutable evidence- they continued to lie about itI have burned up several hours- including lunch breaks just trying to get this company to look at the picture so that they had no choice but to discuss a refundFor all the hassle and trouble they have put me through, I want my full refundAvas Flowers does not deserve my business or my hard earned money Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Chris never addressed the fact that their own rep begged me to not cancel and in return, promised me two specific things - delivery first thing in the morning since he knew it was important to me it go out that same same day as they advertised on their website at 1:in the afternoon; and secondly they would UPGRADE one level making it PREMIUM The fact that the arrangement failed to contain the extra flowers as well as failed to meet the iconic compact round shape wasn't my biggest complaint, it was an additional note but not to take away from the first two issues those being time of next day delivery and size was promised to be upgraded When I asked them about these two issues, they wouldn't acknowledge the second delay and only stated they didn't see anywhere in their notes it was to be upgraded I told the rep to look on the notes, to ask the agent of record who had solidified my order and that to me, that was the deciding factor to NOT CANCEL THE ORDER ALTOGETHERSo I fail to see that they honored our agreement at all What about THEIR PROMISE ON THE TIME, which they promised would be FIRST THING by 10:a.m., which ended up to be p.m., without an explanation to me or an apology to the recipient ALSO, they admitted the size delivered to the recipient got a DELUXE size and disregarded and wouldn't even discuss the possibility of their rep promising it to save the sale? I am the CUSTOMER, and I, THE CUSTOMER AM NOT SATISFIED with any part of this transaction Promises by one rep, denial by another; product discrepancy in shape and size, and I was actually accused that I "should have known better than to think it could be delivered same day even though my order concluded about 1: The best they could do was offer me less than $as a refund on a $sale plus give me 20% off my next purchase! What a total insult to any customer
