I recently purchased some beats headphones from TechrabbitSuper easy to check out with Paypay When they arrived, I had accidentally ordered new-hassle free and I wanted a NEW product, being it was a present I called and Micheal took excellent care of me He re-ordered a NEW set for me It took me all of minutes to get everything sorted out I would definitely use this company again
delivered on time, product is exactly as pictured Only negative is the shipping info provided was given a shipping number but no idea of who was shipping (ups, usps, dhl, or fedex) causing me to not be able to track Finally determined it was usps, entered the number and received updates of when it was to be delivered
I ordered two items from this dealer, neither of which work
1stI ordered two BlueTooth Item Locator badges When I got the items, they appeared to be new, and in original packaging When I started the setup, I was told to download an App from Apple, which I did The app wouldn't work on iOsApple devices, nor would the items even pair up
2ndI ordered an LCoolpix Nikon Camera It came a bit later than the other item which was ordered at the same time Once I got the package, it was shipped in an outter box, with no packing material at all and at least 2" gap between the actual camera box and the packing box This leaves room for the camera to bounce around and become damaged I removed the camera, immediately put on the lens-cap then started going through the manual for the setup It set up date and time okay, then it told me to take off the lens cap and press the mode button Once I did this, the lens began zooming in and out, and a message then came on the screen telling me to "Remove the lens cap and press the mode button." A couple times doing this, the camera would not get out of this mode I removed the batteries, put them back in and ran through the setup one more time Once again, it didn't ever get to the Mode stage, and the lens just kept zooming in and out
I think this company is selling junk, and I would advise staying away from them I suspect that people (in this case) send back the merchandise, the company then without even checking it boxes it back up and send it out to the next sucker!

Shipping in this case left a lot to be desiredTechRabbit provided me with a method of tracking the shipping (nice for those of us with instant gratification wishes)I was able to track the FedEx shipping progress, which was convolutedThe package was first shipped to a small town in my state (not my small town), then to a slightly larger town, then out of my state to a very large town, and finally to meThis roundabout journey added at least a week to my waitOnce the package arrived,I saw that the box was in a large padded envelope (slightly ripped)The box containing the bulbs was open inside the envelope, and the bulbs were rattling aroundFortunately, none of the bulbs appear to be damaged (I've only had the opportunity to test one so far)Before this experience, I would have given TechRabbit five stars
Worst earphones I ever boughtLucky they were only bucks because they went straight in the garbage can!! I have gotten good stuff in the past! I will still buy from Tech Rabbit in the future!
After reading all the poor customer service reviews of tech rabbit I was Leary of my coming experience I must say with Blake's help on the customer service line Iwas pleasantly surprised, my package arrived on time and intact Keep up the good work and thanks for proving me wrong!!!
