Ordered product Wednesday evening - paid for Fed Ex overnight standard Product did not ship out of TechRabbit until the following Monday Tried contacting company on Friday inquiring why it wasn't delivered Friday Company was closed on Friday Completely unacceptable to make a customer wait days for something ordered overnight Will not order anything from them again No refund for overnight charges
I purchased two refurbished iPhone 5s', both look brand new As of this writing have had one activated with my service provider, no problems, works great, I would advise anyone to purchase used/refurbed phones from TechRabbit

My experience with techrabbit was good, just a little bit stressful at the end with the shippingThe USPS forgot to include my apartment number, and almost got it returned by that mistake, they couldn't find my address, very easy because I live in the heart of Houston by galleria, but they just didn't want to look furhter
