I have attempted numerous times to contact the company techrabbit.com concerning the powerbeatswireless headphones I purchased from the company in October (less than one year ago)The headphones broke and are no longer functional while still within the year warranty period The company provides no phone number online to reach customer service However someone through their *** messenger social media page provided the number *** which I have attempted to call several times with no one answering the phone call
Initially I received response via email by a customer rep named Anthony On three seperate occasions Anthony asked for basic information to look up my transaction - each request for information I provided multiple times After several attempts to forward my transaction information and contact information, I have received no additional correspondence from the company either through email or the social media site

I ordered a charging case from TechRabbit on the 12th and was charged for said product, yet did not receive a confirmation email or a tracking emailWhen I asked customer support about this they said the charge on my account was a hold to make sure funds were availableAfter a couple of days, the charge moved from pending to completed statusI once again contacted TechRabbit and was instructed to provide my name, the product I ordered, and the last digits of my credit cardIn the weeks after providing this information, I have not heard anything from customer service regarding this order, I have not received any email for confirmation or tracking, and the charge still remains on my bank accountI have contacted TechRabbit multiple times and have informed them that I would be submitting a complaint to the Revdex.com and still have not received any response
I purchased two refurbished iPhone 5s', both look brand new As of this writing have had one activated with my service provider, no problems, works great, I would advise anyone to purchase used/refurbed phones from TechRabbit
