I purchased Logitech Gwireless mouse from Techrabbit on Augin their offered condition of "New - Hassle Free", which is described on their website as "This item is brand new, and will arrive with all of its original accessoriesThe item comes in an eco-friendly brown box, White box or bulk packaging"When I received the item, it was in original packaging but the packaging was torn and it looks like they took some random used mouse and throw it inside a box and shippedthe condition of the packaging was fine since I care most about the mouseWhen I checked the mouse since I was skeptical that it was really brand new, I saw that the rubber pieces on the bottom of the mouse showed some deep and light scratches and the wireless receiver does not work which clearly indicate that they were previously used and it was not brand new as advertised and they are likely a refurbished productI emailed customer service and the representative named "Samantha" suggested as resolution
Received the products I ordered within a week in good conditionOnly thing I didn't like was tracking didn't update until the day before I received the package
The transaction went smoothly and the package came in a timely manner, I was mainly attracted by the price but when the product came, it did not workIt paired to the blutooth, but the ipad pro screen just does not recognize the pencilI’ve tried everything I could except returning itI will call apple support

Initially I received response via email by a customer rep named Anthony On three seperate occasions Anthony asked for basic information to look up my transaction - each request for information I provided multiple times After several attempts to forward my transaction information and contact information, I have received no additional correspondence from the company either through email or the social media site
