On August 25'I ordered a Mac Book Air inch but I received a Mac Book Air inch with a charger that didn't even go with the wrong laptop I contacted TechRabbit and after many phone calls and voicemails, not returned I got ahold of Anthony (through email of course because no one will call and talk to you) and he sent out a return package for me to send back so I could get the correct laptop My mom took the day off yesterday since you have to be to sign for the package and I'm in college It came, and it was AGAIN, the same incorrect laptop with another charger that didn't even go with the wrong laptop I called and of course no answer and I left a message I chatted with someone through their instant message and he said that he will have a manager call me (since I demanded to actually speak to a person) yesterday No phone call, no email, no instant message I have heard nothing This is ridiculous as they already received their money for the bigger laptop I wa
I received Roadster Bluetooth last nightI paired it this morning, which was very easyvolume button works , very clear to hear I have not yet tried the FM, because I have Sirius in my car and not sure they work togetherI would definitely recommend this product
Was sold a broken product, and the company is not accepting a return The product is a JBL charge 2+ Bluetooth speaker The bass on the device crackles loudly and renders the product useless The company has responded to my request to return the device for a replacement or refund and said they do not offer returns
