We greatly apologize to Ms [redacted] for the difficulties that she went through to have a consistent trainer at our Woodbury location.? Ms [redacted] has been a loyal customer of Xperience Fitness since and again, we apologize to her.? Ms [redacted] did meet with our management team today and both have come up with a solution and a plan to have Ms [redacted] with a full-time trainer moving forward.? We will wait on Ms***'s response to see if this complaint can be closed.? ?

Re: [redacted] - [redacted] Thank you again for bringing [redacted] 's new concern to our attention We cannot verify the validity of this cancellation letter [redacted] just recently gave us There is no date, time stamp or any of our employee's signature on the letter verifying that this wasn't just written and submitted by [redacted] on 10-14-2016.We have not been able to take monthly dues out of ***'s account after June because his credit card on file continued to decline Attached is his invoice history confirming this ***'s phone number and address that we have on file match those on the complaint he filed with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin again, attached are confirmed records showing our billing company, ABC Financial attempted to contact [redacted] + times regarding his past due balance with Xperience Fitness This is indisputable proof of our attempts to contact [redacted] but he neglected to contact us back prior to his account status changing to Return for Collections***'s outstanding balance with Xperience Fitness is $in which we are only asking for $to clear his account from collections and to cancel his membership We ask him to contact our customer support center at ###-###-#### to take care of his outstanding balance this week Thank you

Re: [redacted] - [redacted] ***Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our former customer, [redacted] filed with your office Our West Allis, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.In this case it is easier to blame the business then herself Ms [redacted] signed the personal training agreement, gave Xperience Fitness her checking account information then neglected returning phone calls from our business If Ms [redacted] simply would have said NO that she wasn't interested in our personal training program, this would have never been an issue Ms***'s membership is canceled and will receive a refund for serves not rendered totaling $571.32.We trust that this has been amicably resolved and we will consider this matter closed

Our Menasha, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.Every membership that Xperioence Fitness sells are "individual" memberships regardless who pays for the membership. When cancelling a membership agreement at Xperience Fitness the member must submit a cancellation form for each individual wishing to cancel. This policy is listed on the front of the membership agreement that each member signs.Ms [redacted] called last week because she cancelled her membership over a year ago and stated that she was still getting charged for the child care. After we told Ms [redacted] our cancellation policy, she said "I guess I just assumed when I cancelled that it would all be cancelled since it was all billed together". Ms [redacted] could have avoided these additional charges by reading the cancellation policy on the membership agreement form. Xperience Fitness will cancel the account and refund a total of $back to her daughters account. We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider the matter closed.

Also, we apologize for any discomfort he felt when visiting our facility on May 23, 2018. After speaking with our V.Pof Membership Sales and to our General Manager, we have never had a friend for free membership option available until November 1, 2017. If MrWu has anything in writing stating his membership did included friends for free when he visits, we will be more than happy to honor that. We have canceled MrWu's membership at his request but, if MrWu would like to reactivate his members, he may call our Corporate Office at any time. [redacted]

We realize that sometimes consumers make hasty buying decisions and sign off on something that ultimately? might not work with their? schedule.? We believe every business sees that from time to time.?
