According to the contract, I was not contacted by any trainer to schedule sessions in SeptemberI was told that a replacement trainer would work with me if my trainer was not availableI didn't receive any return calls when I did call to scheduleYou must provide day notice to end membership and when I realized no one would be responding or contacting me, that is what I didAt that time I was not requesting to end the contractI am requesting refund for September and October due to Xperience staff breaching their contract

This is well past the members right to cancel (3-day) and we are hesitant to refund this because, Ms [redacted] has made no effort trying to use the sessions she purchased and agreed too.? ? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to the reply from Xperience Fitness, I have gone through my records carefullyAt no time did I receive a call from ABC Financial nor have I received any other communication from themI suspect that is due to the number they had on file was not correctI have also gone through all of my financial transactions and have located billings that have occurred above and beyond the $per monthOn 12/5/I was billed $On 4/2/I was billed $On 4/30/I was billed $On 7/2/I was billed $This would bring the total billed to me of $Xperience claims that they contacted me on 7/6/to update my billing and that I gave them authorization to update and bill meThis is incorrectIf they had contacted me via phone, I would have started the dispute that this account was to be cancelled as of December 8th when I mailed in my request to cancel and came to the location to turn in my key tagIf Xperience pulls their check in records, they will note that I have not once accessed their gymAlso of note, they state in the scanned information that they attempted to call me on 7/1/and found the number to be disconnectedI ask how it is they contacted me on 7/6/via phone to update if that number was no longer in service as their records indicate? I also attest that they did not have the correct number on file for me or we would have connected much earlier and this dispute would not be in place as of todayI am again asking to be refunded for the amount they took from my card as this account was to be cancelled back in December when I mailed in my form Regards, [redacted]

After researching his claim we found that his insurance company is compatible with our reimbursement program.? Re: Kirsty [redacted] - [redacted] Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, Kirsty [redacted] filed with your office Our Appleton, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond Ms [redacted] purchased the personal training session on February 13, not on November 2, as stated in her complaint We give our members (6) months to use the sessions purchased knowing members that purchased personal training works out at least two times a week with a trainer Ms [redacted] hasn't checked in at our Appleton, WI location since August 21, and before that it was May 3, Ms [redacted] 's membership will expire on December 23, we recommend that Ms [redacted] use the unused personal training sessions within that window Our Personal Training Manager has tried reaching out to Ms [redacted] multiple times including as recently as November 17, Xperience Fitness has adjusted the expiration date on the unused session to 12-24-one day after her membership will expire Please reach out to our management group at ###-###-#### to set up times to complete your personal training sessions.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and will consider this matter closed

At that point Mr***'s account had been past due since 2-27-and our billing company, ABC Financial attempted to contact Mr [redacted] eight times via e-mail, phone calls and mail notifying him about his past due balance.? Mr [redacted] failed to return emails or phone calls from our billing company.? As written on all our membership agreements, A member in good standing may cancel their membership at any time for any reason by providing Xperience Fitness a 30-day written notice of cancellation.Mr [redacted] please contact our Corporate Office to make payment on your past due balance.? ###-###-####.? [A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I would like to re-state the fact that I mailed in a letter at the end of March to cancel my membership then after seeing the additional charge on my account, I called in and the customer service apologized and said they would cancel my account immediately and I would not be charged againIn June after seeing the charge on my account a second time after my initial cancellation letter I blocked your charges as I will not tolerate being leached off of by a company that says one thing but does anotherTo all others that see this, if you send in a cancellation letter send it through CERTIFIED mailOtherwise, as you can see from multiple complaints on this business, if you do not send it and have proof of sending it, they will continue to charge your card and tack on ridiculous feesWhen dealing with this company through email after they tried sending me through collections, they refuse to ever admit fault even when they upset customersI am shocked with how many negative reviews that the Revdex.com still allows Xperience and A+ ratingThey over charged me twice in the amount of $and then after I blocked their charges they continued to try to charge my accountThe most recent time they tried charging my account was 8/5/which was AFTER they what they are saying they cancelled my membership on 7/Xperience has a lot of holes and is not worth the troubleI'm out $for them refusing to cancel my account when I first requested itI will accept the waiving of the WRONGFUL charges to my accountConsumer bewareThis gym is not honest and they are okay with lying on public formsBefore I disputed the charge through Revdex.com, I had emailed them multiple times regarding this issue and they refused to listen, until I brought my complaint here to this review siteThey are like a cockroach who runs when the light shines on themDO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM Regards, ***

[redacted] canceled her membership on 9-30-with ABC Financial which was thirteen days after her bill date on 9-17-2016.? In addition to that, Xperience Fitness has a "30-Day" notice of cancellation which is clearly stated on the membership agreement.? Technically Xperience Fitness does not owe [redacted] a refund of membership dues.? Since [redacted] did pay her last month dues upfront at the time of enrollment, we are more than happy to refund that.? The amount refunded? will be? $which will be credited to billing information that we have on file within to business days.? We again, trust that this matter has been amicably resolved and will consider this matter closed
