Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, [redacted] filed with your office Our Appleton, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond Xperience Fitness was unaware of the insurance provider that Mr [redacted] claims that Xperience Fitness should be a part of which, pays for his monthly membership dues After researching his claim we found that his insurance company is compatible with our reimbursement program Xperience Fitness has met Mr [redacted] 's refund request so we trust that this matter has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

By doing so, it leads interested people to our landing page which clearly explains the following:Specialists are on hand to help.*PROMOTION JOINING FEE IS VALID ON VALUE PLUS MEMBERSHIP OPTION.Only First and Last Month Due at time of Enrollment.? February 15th.After reviewing the conversation Ms [redacted] had with our Customer Service Department, we feel its best the she seeks out other fitness options.? Writing to let you know the complaint has been satisfied and I have received my full refund.? However, I would recommend that you warn consumers about the physical training deptat Xpirence FitnessThe consumer should be made aware of the lack of professionalism and Degreed education in fitness trainingThe consumer should be alerted to reading the personal training contract over verrrrrry carefully or they will find themselves locked into a 1yr agreement.? The consumer will also find that the session price changes from a lower price when you pay an up front amount to a higher session price when you start paying month to month even though you are locked into a contract.? Thank you for your help in this matter and I hope other consumers don't fall into the same trap I did.?

Our Green Bay, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.We understand that sometimes people forget to read their membership agreement and follow the proper procedures to cancel their membership.? But in this case, while [redacted] K was using our club she was contacted by our billing company, ABC Financial five times in the month of July notifying her that her credit card on file was about to expire.? They received no response from ***.? From September 16, through December 15, our billing company attempted to reach out to [redacted] over (30) times (see attachment) again, with no return phone call or any type of communication.? [redacted] or her family neglected to communicate with Xperience Fitness and or to our billing company until her account was on the brink of going to collections then we received this complaint.Please contact [redacted] Bat our Corporate Office to clear the debt owed920-886-2804.Member number 6758-

Re: [redacted] - [redacted] After reviewing Ms***'s response and signed membership agreement on both accounts, Xperience Fitness is in no way obligated to refund Ms [redacted] what she is requesting besides the monthly dues payment of $made on 1/22/two days after her membership was canceled Even though Xperience Fitness is under no obligation to refund the Annual Fee of $paid on 1/15/before Ms [redacted] canceled her membership Xperience Fitness is willing too since she will not be using the club in Total refund $ Please see the attachment to review the signed membership agreements.We trust that this has been amicably resolved and we will consider this matter closed

Thank you again for making us aware of the additional concern Ms [redacted] has After further investigation, we see that accounts 7770-and were charges a dues payment of $each on 4-28-but the account of 7770-was not charged on 4-28-in which the credit card of file declined Xperience Fitness will refund the accounts that were charged on 4-28-2017.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter now closed

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am wondering why the account was sent to collections in the first placeThe e-mail I received on 8/19/had stated that if I did not call within five days of receiving the e-mail, then the amount would be turned over to collectionsI called the representative who had sent me the e-mail that same dayI also filed my complaint which was received by Xperience Fitness before that five day period had endedI do not want this mishap to negatively impact my credit Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] A [redacted] that she claims was sent.It's clear that [redacted] A [redacted] intensions are to cancel her membership which was outlined on the complaint letter Xperience Fitness received on April, 4th.? We are more than happy to cancel? her membership moving forward but, we will not offer a refund unless [redacted] A [redacted] can produce a certified mail receipt showing that Xperience Fitness did receive her cancellation letter when she claims it was sent.We trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

In this case, we have never received a cancellation notice from Ms [redacted] until she contacted Xperience Fitness on 5-24-which we then canceled her membership.? Is because it was done illegallyI do not want to persue matters further but I will be forced to if this company insists that I owe them anything further than the cancellation letter that I have sent twiceI will pay for a certified letter-but that is all Regards, [redacted] ***

We also understand that a personal trainer is not for everyone such it is? in this case.? Our Personal Training Manager went above and beyond in attempt to help Ms [redacted] with her nutritional and health concerns but, to no avail as Ms [redacted] canceled her appointment.? As Ms [redacted] pointed out in the complaint letter she inquired about a medical or financial freeze on her personal training sessions, which we would have been more than happy to accommodate but instead, Xperience Fitness has decided to relieve Ms [redacted] of all future payments on her personal training agreement.? Ms [redacted] has (5) paid personal training session that she can still use.? Please contact our Vadnais Heights location to schedule an appointment.? ###-###-####.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

Xperience Fitness.? Again, if Ms [redacted] would have noticed these charges from her bank statement five years ago, this situation could have been avoided.? Xperience Fitness will not be held liable for negligence on Ms***'s behalf.We will consider this matter closed
