[redacted] wants to cancel her personal training commitment for additional reasons not stated in her complaint.? Our personal training staff has been more then accommodating with [redacted] 's busy schedule and at one point, [redacted] wanted to put her personal training commitment on temporary due to family commitments, which we would have been more than happy to do? We also understand that personal training is not for everyone.? Xperience Fitness personal trainers hold their clients accountable with a sound nutrition program, workout schedule with a personal trainer and the frequency using the club without a personal trainer.? With that said, Xperience Fitness will refund [redacted] for the sessions not used totaling $Xperience Fitness will not refund any money paid that included supplements or the MyZone belt that [redacted] purchased on a separate occasion? If there is a default with the MyZone belt please contact MyZone or go into our Greenfield, WI location for a replacement.We trust this this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed.?

Ms [redacted] was yelling at our front desk attendant and trying get our members not to come in.? Completely unexceptionable behavior.? This is also outlined on the members copy of the membership agreement they receive at time of enrollment.? Xperience Fitness will refund the annual fee of $back to Ms [redacted] 's checking account that we have? on file.? Even though our billing company attempted to contact Ms [redacted] times between 9-23-to 10-23-because her account was delinquent.? Ms [redacted] finally? communicated with? our billing company on 10-27-when we then first found out about? her intent to cancel.? Xperience Fitness or? there billing company has no letter/record of cancellation from Ms [redacted] just proof of a conversation on 10-27-15.Since Ms [redacted] has not made a payment on her account after 8-20-Xperience Fitness is willing to back date her cancellation to 10-27-15, waive the past due balance and clear her account from collections.?
