Re: [redacted] - [redacted] Thank you for making us aware of the complaint our customer, [redacted] filed with your office Our Waukesha, WI location always strives for excellent customer service, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.Ms [redacted] mailed her families' letters of cancellation on 7/22/and were received at the Appleton, WI Post Office on 7/24/ We canceled her families' memberships on 7/28/Please note, per Ms [redacted] signed membership agreement we have up to days to cancel any membership agreements Xperience Fitness was timely with the cancellation and no further dues were billed to Ms [redacted] accountWe trust that this complaint has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed unless notified otherwise

[redacted] - [redacted] Xperience Fitness was contacted by Ms [redacted] on November 11, at 2:56pm On that date, we were first made aware of Ms [redacted] 's intentions to cancel her membership Again, our billing company mailed numerous delinquent letters to Ms [redacted] 's address on file which also matches the address on the complaint she submitted to the Revdex.com of Wisconsin But Ms [redacted] never contacted them nor did she return any phone calls from our billing company which they attempted from January 16, - May 29, when her phone number then showed disconnected on our records but, prior to May 29, Ms [redacted] never returned any messages left by our billing company If Ms [redacted] would have spoken with our billing company when they first attempted to contact her, this situation would have never happened We will use our first contact date of November 11, as her true cancellation date and since Ms [redacted] billed once after that date, Xperience Fitness is more than happy to refund the December 2, dues of $back to her account on file We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and we will consider this matter closed

I appreciate that, however, I am asking for BOTH? $charges to be reimbursed.? I came in and opened TWO accounts at the same time.? I personally signed for both myself and my husband Jeremy [redacted] ? using only my ID, I opened both accounts in the twenty minutes I was sitting at the desk.? Neither account was told of the yearly charge fee, nor did I get a tour, nor did I get the deal for signing up (either a towel or a tshirt).? We have no notes in our system or a cancellation letter on file prior to that date.? Please see the attached notes regarding our conversations? with [redacted] .? Since member is cancelling their membership Xperience Fitness is more than happy to refund the Annual Fee that billed on 1/15/for $39.00.? Without further proof of cancellation before 1/18/there will not be any further refunds on this account.We trust that this has been amicably resolved and we will consider this matter closed.?

[redacted] .? Shortly after Ms.? [redacted] ? enrolled she was continuously contacted by our billing? company, ABC Financial regarding some billing issues.? Attached are? documents from ABC Financial? showing all attempts,? dates and times they tried reaching out to Ms.? [redacted] ? but with no? success.? If Ms.? [redacted] ? did truly cancel her membership when she stated, why didn't Ms.? [redacted] ? talk to or mention this to our billing company when they called and sent letters to her?Our records also indicate that Ms.? [redacted] ? updated her billing on file with? Xperience? Fitness on 7-6-2016.? ? Moving forward, we have canceled Ms [redacted] 's membership and with no proof of cancellation, no communication with our billing company and just recently updated her billing on file, Xperience Fitness will not issue a refund.?

We had a glitch with our accounting department and Ms***'s 3-day cancellation and refund was never received.? Our accounting department now has the refund request and has since processed it.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have attached an original scanning of the Cancellation letter I had sent to the Appleton location per Xperience Fitness' website instructionsIt says to write your full name, club location attended, phone number and reason why you are leavingI had those written on my letter, which is dated June 1, Also I have attached my account statements verifying that after June (my payments were being charged every 20th) I was no longer chargedI understand that even though I cancelled on June 1, I was still responsible for June's payment (which came out of my account)I assumed they received the letter and my membership was cancelled, as I was not being charged anymore (you can see from July's statement that no payment was taken out on the 20th) membership fees were taken out automatically, and again after June they stoppedI have not received any phone calls, emails, or letters sent to my address stating that I was overdue, except for this recent one which is what prompted me to file a complaintI should not have to pay a $fee, because I was under the assumption my account was already cancelled ? Xperience Fitness apologizes to Ms [redacted] if there was any miscommunication regarding the annual maintenance fee.? Our annual maintenance fee is displayed on the front side of the membership agreement directly above where the customer signs the agreement.? Xperience Fitness also has a large display in out lobby explaining club rule and? policies along with our annual maintenance fee and dates.? It is also the consumer’s job to review anything prior to signing an agreement at any business.? With that said,? Ms [redacted] and the other two member have canceled their memberships and will not be using the services of Xperience Fitness so we are happy to accommodate her request and will refund the annual fees on all accounts.? With that said, it's up to the customer to say "yes" or "no" if they would like to retain the services of a personal trainer.? At no point? Ms [redacted] was obligated to obtain a personal trainer with Xperience Fitness she made an adult decision to do so even though she claims she couldn't afford it.? Since Ms [redacted] has canceled her membership we will reimburse her for services not rendered.? Xperience Fitness will refund the unused personal training sessions totaling $272.00.We trust that this has been amicably resolved, and will consider this matter closed

This is noted on her account in our database.? We have no other notes or a cancellation form on file indicating anything different.? ? If Ms [redacted] has proof of the cancellation or at least could walk us through the steps on how she canceled, we could reconsider a refund and waiving the past due balance of $109.75.? But at this point, Xperience Fitness will not.? Thank you
