[I cannot get anyone to understand I have a debit from my bank account for $27.97 that should not be there. I ordered four items from OpenSky was charged for five items. I only received one top which is black not burgundy. I have been charged for two tops not one. Yes I know when they receive the black top I will be refunded $27.97 but I have also been charged for a top I never received. I am sending separate email to show debits from my bank account.

My order was submitted on September **, 2015.  I had to follow up with the company to receive the shipment which finally arrive October **, 2015, almost a full month after the order was placed.  When I opened the package I discovered that I had been sent the wrong size.  I want to stress that I ordered my correct size but was shipped the wrong size, so totally the merchants fault.  I immediately reported the issue and was told I would receive a replacement and return shipping label for the incorrect item.  Almost a month after that I was advised that the merchant would NOT ship a replacement to the original shipping address and I would need to supply a different one.  I have dropped the incorrect item with the Post Office and now I'm being told that I must wait until the merchant receives the item before they will begin to process a refund.  Again, this was 100% the merchants fault and they have had my money for 2 months and I have nothing.  I should NOT have to wait any longer to receive my money back.  The merchant is at fault for not handling this in an expeditious manner which has caused me to be out the money for 2 months.  I want an immediate refund.

I received memo but the representatives stating otherwise on his email. I like to clarify the detail he's intended to leave out. Here is the breakdown of my full refund of items returned so far.I am awaiting two more items unbeknown to me and was not detailed they are coming in from outside the USA . That was not disclosed and has been weeks now since the initial order, I can't cancel because it kept saying shipping in processing or I would have to end this nightmare. I like for open sky tohonor the full refund owe below . These are returned and shipped back to open sky. I want to make sure Martin representative does not seek loopholes to deduct my full amount and honor his !00% refund. He is stating now he will only provide one item at $16.95 ... please read email below. I made sure in details email the items returned were defective , manufacturer poorly, incorrect and falsely advertised.I also need to address these last two items advertised crochet beach dress cover paid $41.99 a long shirt advertised material cotton paid $38.67.They were not delivered yet . If they come inon the same misrepresentation of unfair trade . I will return for full refund at no cost to ship back by open sky as they are at fault. I would like to clarify this in hopes to not allow this company to drag the process out.Here are items returned to open sky before the 14 day return and the amount of my full refund due so far;1. The false advertising ofbeige chiffon that came in as 100% polyester and pinkpaid was $33.58.*. I expect this in full and not have to pay to return ship nor deductions as it was manufactured andcompany errors.2.The falsely advertised crochet grey and manufacturer error I paid was $23.24 I paid shipping on every item separately with this company yet they ship to me in one box .*expect this in full and not have to pay to return ship nor deductions as it was manufactured and companyerrors3.The falsely advertised misrepresented tie die shirt. I paid $22. 98 again this company charged me for every item shipped separately. They shipped it in one package* I expect this in full and not have to pay to return ship nor deductions as it was manufactured and company errorsI wanted to mention I was charged and paid each item shipping charges separately . When received the items they came in one packaging. The postmasters said that was cheaper for them yet I was charge twice as more. Again deceptive practices.I have taken days continuous hours to provide proper assistance , proof , acting as quality control for this company that has questioned my intelligence and integrity.I have settled for items that I have to gift or repair to make things less of hassle as is proven thus far.Martin,I hope you will conduct the proper fair trade acts of consumer practices and provide me with my requested recourse of actions in its entirety. My complaint hasn't been resolved because they stated my refund would be less after shipping charges. They have not contacted me with this dispute.
