John Barrived at the scheduled time after customer service called to inform me he would be coming shortly I first asked him to inspect the inside workings of my air conditioner/heater unit because condensation was collecting due to continuous running due to the high heat; nothing serious enough to collect water, but I was concerned He said this was normalOK, back to the problem of why I called The unit outside miracleously started after a day of not working He checked the refrigerant, a bit low, and a capacitor that was suspicious; I said do the repairs I pulled the fuses to the unit to turn off the outside unit and I said one terminal side was hot It was too hot for John, and the unit was probably not getting the full amount of electricity needed He crimped the holders for a firmer grip on one side of the fuse and it was running cool a short time later; I am glad he noticed that I told him I needed to replace some siding where about feet of those copper tubing going from the outside unit to inside unit were bolted to the siding He said I could drag the outside compressor a bit away from the house as the tubing is a bit flexible; good news for me and a great tip Now I used to charge up my cars with Freon and had a set of manual gauges for adding the gas But Keefe's has state of the art gauges which tells the tech exactly how the unit is running, and the recommended pressure readings, voltages are already listed on the unit specifications so it is just a matter of adjusting the unit back to factory settings Wow! I definitely recommend the company and their employees

Keefe's installed a ton a/c unit to my sq ft townhouse They failed to perform a required calculation on the square footage of my home This was my first time replacing a a/c unit I had a Goodman ton unit prior My townhouse requires a ton unit I have been suffering from bronchitis and allergies since the system was put in as of June 30, My a/c does not run long enough to get the humidity out of my home I have informed the tech Thai with Keefe's several times that the new a/c in my home did not feel right I questioned why my tile floor sometimes feels wet My refrigerator started rusting, my laminated flooring has some bubbles starting, some of my wooden furniture has bubbles, my plasma tv went out (only years old) and my tile flooring have been wet I had another tech with Keefe's come out April I have requested them not to put refrigerant to solve the problems James, the tech, put more without my knowledge The work order he submitted
