Keefe's Air contacted me about a recall on a couple of Lenox AC units purchased in April They sent out a tech (John B) and he made the replacement on the needed parts in under minutes per unitJohn B was extremely nice and professionalHe also answered questions I had that were not related to the recallVery good tech
Dana called we discussed the problem I was having with my A/C and he came over Sunday evening with all of the tools, parts and supplies he need to get the unit back on line in about minutesHe was a very knowledgeable nice personHe cleaned up behind himself and then went back on call
POSITIVE I called Keefe's after a thunderstorm The central air condition would not work I called Keefe's at 310PM Matt got me in mins He checked my system He found the CAP was broke He repaired the unit in less then mins His expertise showed He should be Promoted Thank You
After 2nd day of being on the waiting list with another AC company, I called Keefe's and my AC was serviced within a few hoursTheir technician, Marc, was very professionalHe diagnosed and repaired my AC within one hourI will highly recommend Keefe's to everyone

I purchased a new home and during the inspection, Keefe's addressed two issues very timely that were brought to my attention during the inspection Once moved into the house, there was another minor issue Both of these were addressed under warranty Both technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others
