We called Keefe's to repair some duct work insullation issues we were having, they were very helpful---they came out quickly for the estimate, scheduled a date for the work and gave a very reasonable estimate The office staff called to keep us infomred about when the workers were coming and after to make sure we had no problems or questions I would definitely call the again Hope they are going to make it to the Lafayette area to begin business there! We will definitely use them when we are relocated

Ray Sand Kaylnn Rfrom Keefe's A/C, Heating & Electrical gave me great service today (11/27/2018) I woke up and realized my home's central heater wasn't working so I called Keefe's to take a look at the system As an existing subscriber to their maintenance program I was able to get a technician over to the house on the same day to resolve my problem and received a 10% discount on the bill to address the issue I'm happy that the company resolved my problem right away Both Ray and Kaylnn were very professional in their interactions with me and I plan to continue to be a customer of the company I asked Ray several questions so I could understand the repair and potential future improvements to my system and he was patient in answering all of my questions I recommend Keefe's to others than need help with their A/C and heating system issues

This was the second occasion that Chris D has repaired our A/C unit for routine maintenance He is always very professional and friendly to myself and family, including the dog I will definitely recommend Keefe's to anyone that requires A/C work in the future We have since setup a contract and look forward to seeing Chris once a year now
