I called O'Keefe because my newly installed AC of last year was not cooling O'Keefe's sent a gentleman named Gracion Wwho was excellent He diagnosed my problem very quickly and took care of repairing my AC perfectly and I am already feeling the difference I will always be asking for Gracion- he was absolutely the best field service expert I have ever had

My AC broke down on Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend I could not get emergency service from my usual repair/maintenance company or another company recommended by a neighbor I remembered the Keefe's commercial, called the number and was connected to an actual person Within a couple of hours, Chris D was at my house and was able to diagnose and fix the problem Chris D was patient and informative Despite having an AC emergency on a hot holiday weekend, it was a very good experience

This was the second occasion that Chris D has repaired our A/C unit for routine maintenance He is always very professional and friendly to myself and family, including the dog I will definitely recommend Keefe's to anyone that requires A/C work in the future We have since setup a contract and look forward to seeing Chris once a year now
