My air went out after hoursJohn was nice and sold us a lot of parts to fix itIf he measured the drop and told my husband that it was low and that is why we needed to spend more money to add Freon, he would have done itIt was 10% low which does not seem to be badOf course we left and when we came back hours later, we did not have a cool houseIt was 79% even though the unit had been running for hoursWe called and set up appt for the next dayToday another nice guy came and took the drop measure and said it was low and adding Freon was necessary to make the unit work correctly We were charged an additional diagnostic fee in addition to the high cost of Freon that took the gentleman maybe minutes to doI think after being his customer for years that we should have not been charged an additional feeI could not get an answer to how long this Freon should last? For an additional $test they could possibly find the leakHis workers that come have been friendly and polite menWe see them twice a year

Keefe's installed a ton a/c unit to my sq ft townhouse They failed to perform a required calculation on the square footage of my home This was my first time replacing a a/c unit I had a Goodman ton unit prior My townhouse requires a ton unit I have been suffering from bronchitis and allergies since the system was put in as of June 30, My a/c does not run long enough to get the humidity out of my home I have informed the tech Thai with Keefe's several times that the new a/c in my home did not feel right I questioned why my tile floor sometimes feels wet My refrigerator started rusting, my laminated flooring has some bubbles starting, some of my wooden furniture has bubbles, my plasma tv went out (only years old) and my tile flooring have been wet I had another tech with Keefe's come out April I have requested them not to put refrigerant to solve the problems James, the tech, put more without my knowledge The work order he submitted
