This case has NOT been resolved. I see a note in there that Jack in the Box left me a message and they did not hear back from me. That is NOT true. I called them soon after the voice message was left and they said they would send me some coupons and that they would have someone from the Jack in the Box location review and get in touch with me. Please re-open my case or I will be forced to open a new oneAgain, this is NOT resolved. Thank you.

I contacted Jack N Box customer service via their website and was unable to get a proper responseThey left me a voice mail but the local *** *** number they left is a recording only and refers calls to the website and to file issues with the local storeI was able to obtain the main corporate number and when I called and spoke to the switchboard operator was told that there was no longer any customer relations department and to contact the local stores.This is why I filed complaint with the Revdex.comSince the filing of my complaint I haven't received any phone calls or messages from any corporate relations rep nor have they properly resolved the matterBases on the response below Jack N Box has not properly responded to my complaint in the following areas.I spoke with *** *** on several occasions and they confirmed that Jack N Box sets the menu pricing and not *** ***This is in direct contraction to Jack N Box responseAdditionally, Jack Box is placing the and misleading ads on TV and posters on their restaurants which don't have indication of the higher pricing, delivery fees etc..I would request that someone on Jack n Box management contact me to avoid me taking this to the state attorney and consumer protection agencies for further litigation...
