We understand [redacted], consistent with their standard policy and many other delivery companies, charges a per-item mark-up for menu items along with a delivery fee, for their services. 31, but were unable to and we have not received a return call.  We also sent Mr. [redacted] an e-mail on December
30 requesting a call back.
 
We
are unable to address his concerns as a location was not listed in his
complaint.

We shared
the complainant’s initial grievance with restaurant management. We contacted
Mr. [redacted] directly after receiving this complaint. We offered him certificates
as part of our resolution but he declined. As part of our follow up with
management, we understand that compensation offered by the district manager was
accepted.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is a flat out lie.   I finally found the receipt which I mailed to them!!!  I returned [redacted] call twice; but he never called me back. JIB has no intention of refunding my money.   JIB has horrible food and horrible service.   I will never go there again and have told numerous people to avoid JIB.  You might as well flush $$$ down the toilet if you even consider eating at JIB. I am sure they received my receipt and are lying about it now.  I will be contacting the Attorney General for the St of KS since the Revdex.com is not helping at all.   You are just relaying messages.   This has been a waste of time to contact the Revdex.com.   How can you allow a company like JIB to lie about receiving my receipt.  I requested to speak to and be contacted by a top level manager; but JIB refuses to do so.    A customer service person has no desire or authority to fix this situation!!!!!  JIB has been rude on the phone, especially [redacted] [redacted]

[redacted] from Jack in the Box called me on the phone today and harassed me. [redacted] refused to resolve the dispute and spoke to me in a mean hostile voice. There is a 3 year statute of limitation in Nevada and [redacted] in corporate admitted to the Revdex.com in her last response that the dispute is less than year old. [redacted] told me to file a lawsuit because the franchise owner is not willing to resolve the dispute. Therefore, since [redacted] in Corporate said to file a lawsuit, then I am requesting arbitration through the Revdex.com, per the request of Jack in the Box corporate.  NOTE to Revdex.com: Please open arbitration.
