I did call *** and HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLI mailed my receipt with a detailed letter to JIB months agoJIB is obviously a crooked company who has horrible product and LIES about receiving correspondence from the customerThe attorney general will be in touch with youThe customer service here is horrible!!!!!!!! JIB is assuming I will give upI will not be treated like this and am making sure the attorney general knows for the St of CA and the St of KSIt really hurt to watch my grandchildren turn away the food because it was so badWe had an apt and had to eat at the closest place due to the timeWe couldn't imagine how the food could be so horrible and the customer service so bad !!!!!

The complainant, *** *** ***, initially reported the complaint to Guest Relations back on 04/26/Statements were taken, however guest was not satisfied with the handling of the complaintDepartment Supervisor called *** *** back on 04/Two attempts were made that day and both times
voicemail message was leftWe had yet to hear back from the complainant
DeptSupervisor called the guest once more 05/and left another voicemail message requesting call backWe hope to resolve the matter amicably with the guest

This issue hasn’t been resolved, not even close some gentleman with very poor English, of Indian decent, called me and attempted to offer to pay for my meal, and negotiated the cost of my detailing my car which was $175 he offered me $100 like people negotiate what it cost to detail a 100k car, lol I told him to keep his money they obviously need it much more than I do, I did tell them I already went and bought new shoes $695, again not needing the money like they apparently do, I would rather discourage all my patients and nurses, from visiting there location and advising them how they attempted to negotiate with me, quite shameful...DR. [redacted]

Here is the response I provided [redacted]:Prior to receiving this complaint, we had been notified of the concerns of the complainant, [redacted], regarding her experience at the Jack in the Box.In speaking to Ms. [redacted], she indicated her visit was over a year ago and wanted her free meal. I offered Ms. [redacted] a $10 Jack Cash card which she declined saying she didn’t want to provide us her mailing address, in addition wanted the Jack in the Box location to give her something. I explained I would send her the Jack Cash card at which point she said she would take this to arbitration and disconnected the call. At this time, Jack in the Box considers this matter closed.In following up with the guest she said her order was a year ago and her order didn’t taste right. She said she wrote down in a note pad that she was supposed to get a free meal and she just came across that note she wrote about a free meal.  The restaurant has no record of her complaint from a year ago. I offered the guest what she indicated she wanted in her complaint to the Revdex.com of $10. Guest declined saying she wanted it given to her from the restaurant. I explained that is not an option and I would need to send her the Jack Cash card. She declined saying she didn’t want us to have her address, however, she provided her address to the Revdex.com which I have. Guest said she will take this to arbitration or sue us and disconnected the call. I can certainly send her the $10 Jack Cash card via mail. We do not have the option to send anything via email. Thank you, [redacted]

The entire Jack in the Box response from [redacted] is a blunt lie. [redacted] has my address through the Revdex.com, but she has the nerve to lie and say she doesn't have it. Furthermore, it was not a year ago. It just a few months ago. Last year(December) was just a few months ago. The chicken sandwiches I bought were rotten chicken. The female manager said would replace the chicken and she put the comp at the register. There was no expiration date on it. If I am served rotten food, then the restaurant should make it good. The VP of this Revdex.com, Attorney [redacted], forwarded Jack in the Box my response which is 2 free meals and they can email me the free meals. However, the meals are not actually free because I already paid for them but I did not receive them. I didn't order rotten chicken, so Jack in the box owes me money or the food I bought. They can email me the meal tickets.

I would like the company to respond to me to tell me why they never followed up on any of my 6 contacts. If not then that continues to demonstrate that they have no interest in providing any customer service at all. That should then be duly noted in their Revdex.com profile.
