[redacted], regarding her experience at the Jack in the Box.   In speaking to Ms. [redacted], she indicated her visit was over a year ago and wanted her free meal. I offered Ms. [redacted] a $10 Jack Cash card which she declined saying she didn’t want to provide us her mailing address, in addition wanted the Jack in the Box location to give her something. in reaching her. We sent her an e-mail on June 23 requesting a call back but we
have not received a return call.  Since a
store was not identified in the body of the complaint, we are unable to follow
up with restaurant management.  At this
time, Jack in the Box considers this matter closed.

Thank you for contacting us regarding Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted]. We spoke to [redacted] about her concerns regarding her visit to Jack in the Box located at [redacted] back in January of 2016. [redacted]’s claim has been submitted to our Risk Management department for further handling.
Our Risk Management department is not required to notify Guest Relations of the status or outcome of any submitted claim. I have sent notification to Risk Management about this most recent contact from [redacted] and someone from the Risk Management department will be in contact with [redacted]. There is no further action Guest Relations may take and at this time.

been notified of the refund request by the complainant, [redacted]
 
Our
office spoke with the complainant on January 30, 2015. At that time, she stated
that she had paid for her order with a credit card. However, we were unable to verify
the transaction with the information she provided.
 
Our
office called [redacted] on July 21, after receiving this complaint from your
office. She insisted several times that she had sent a letter to this office
with her receipt. We informed her that we had not received this communication.
She abruptly terminated the call at that point.
 
I
attempted to reach the complainant on July 28 and July 29, but was unsuccessful
in making contact with [redacted].
 
We would be happy to process the
complainant’s request once we are able to verify her purchase. Until then, Jack
in the Box considers this matter closed.

... I was told when I was contacted by jack in the box that the problem would be fixed. I tried to do a survey today and could not get past the third page. I tried to call the survey number and was unable to do the survey on the phone. I did NOT refuse coupons. Jack in the box does NOT follow thru with what they say.
