The Bath and Body Works did contact me and I spoke with the Customer Service rep, several times actually. So on Monday 1/11, I returned all of the items to the store (a
different nearby location at my request) and with another follcall to Customer Service yesterday for one small transaction still outstanding - - all items have now been completely refunded - - this complaint may now be closed

We attempted to call the customer twice today and was unable to reach her or leave a
messageWe were able to get confirmation from our online partners that they spoke with *** in mid-March and in the conversation she stated she filed a Revdex.com complaint and expressed the frustration around her Wallflower Units not workingUnderstanding the frustration, online placed an order for Wallflowers and she got replacements Wallflowers at no cost (total without shipping $ including tax) and was sent a $GCAt this point the customer is taken care ofIf the customer would like to contact us about anything else or about this matter please call 1-800-395-and reference case number ***

I was successful in reaching out to this customer yesterday to address her Candle concernsI did offer to send her out replacement candles of her choiceShe did need some time to think about what fragrances she would likeI arranged to contact her back at 4:p.mon I was unsuccessful in reaching her at this time so I did leave her a messageJoanne did reach back out to me today and as we moved through the conversation, we felt it would be best to send her a $GC so that she could replace the candles at a more convenient timeShe stated she was happier with this resolution then her previous interactionsI asked her if I could do anything else to resolve her and concern and she said "no", she felt this would take care of itI did inform the customer to contact me anytime in the future and I am happy to assist her

I have received my desired solution and the issue is resolvedThank you

I was SUPPOSED to receive a gift card in the mail with the return labelI received the return label but no gift card (which I was hoping to use with the SAS sale) I'm truly starting to believe that Bath and Body Works really doesn't care about their customers because I've received NOTHING but the run around! I've taken candles back, mailed a candle back, etc but for all of this trouble I'm still waiting for my giftcard and for this issue to be resolvedBut of course, nothing has happenedMy next step is to contact Consumer Affairs

In regards to this complaint, the customer had a concern with a charge she seen in her accountIn the timeframe that she reached out to Revdex.com she also sent a letter to Bath & Body WorksWe were able to understand and address her concern; per the customer's request we have sent a letter
with explanationWe assured her we take these concerns seriously and appreciate the details and information she providedThe customer’s concern has been addressed

We have spoke to the customer and resolved. To invite the customer to shop with us again, we are sending a $25 e gift card for a future store/online purchase.
