able to process the return.We know that customers don't like to hear excuses but sometimes unfortunate situations occur that may inconvenience a customer but we do try to make it up them. We have been in business many years and value our relationships with our customers. This is the FIRST time we have received a letter of complaint from the Revdex.com.  In [redacted] case we would be more than willing to offer her a free day's rental the next time she rents from us.Thank you for you help in resolving this matter.

Review: Sometime back I purchased 4 liquid soap metal jackets which were specifically designed for BB&BW soap containers, along with a bunch of liquid soaps. In August-2015, I picked up a similar-looking liquid soap bottle/container from BB&BW, and when I came home, to my surprise and disappointment, it did not fit into the metal container/jacket because the shape was changed. On 9/11/2014, I went into the [redacted] store with my wife, and I informed the store clerk (Lilia) about the discrepancy and was told that BB&BW has changed the shape of the jacket and the old soap bottle was replaced with a new shaped bottle, and that the jacket cannot be exchanged. Lilia said the company policy is to refund $2 for each jacket returned, and I should pay the difference (about $4) for any replacement jackets that I want to buy. So I asked to speak to the supervisor, and a person by the name of Iris came from the back room, and when I said, that does it mean that I should throw away the metal jackets which is a waste of money, she said yes, she said it's company policy and there's nothing she can do about it. So I tried to politely explain that just because the BB&BW policy has changed, doesn't mean the customer should pay the penalty (i.e. waste of money for buying the 4 original soap jackets). Iris was very blunt, discourteous and never apologized for any inconvenience, nor tried to be helpful in any way. When I told her why is she being so blunt and not even expressing regret at the customer dissatisfaction and frustration, she said "have a good day" and walked back into the back room.WHAT DO I WANT?I want BB&BW to exchange the old jackets they sold me, for the new ones that they put out, because they have discontinued making the old liquid soaps and jackets, and the customer is forced to THROW AWAY the old jackets because they changed the old shape for no fault of the customer. I don't want my money back, I just want the 4 jackets to be replaced to fit their new bottle shape. THANK YOU.Desired Settlement: Change the 4 old design metal jackets for the new ones, because they changed the shape, and the customer should not be penalized. They should honor or grandfather the old jackets for old customers who previously bought them. Thank you.
