I cannot begin to tell you how many time FedEx has *** me Their drivers lie SO much just to get out of doing their *** jobs Then, when you call to find out what happened, the story keeps changing to cover their *** The customer service is COMPLETELY useless, as they just keep making excuses for the lazy, incompetent drivers I NEVER use FedEx when given a choice They obviously hire the worst people possible So tired of their shoddy business practices

I tried using FedEx for shipment of large items from a different state then my residence because I was away on businessThe website was having issues with my credit card so I contacted the customer service dept I was told that the system would not accept my credit card information because my billing address was different then my shipping address I was told that I had to create an account I was then told that their system does not accept P.Oboxes as billing addresses and that I had to provide a physical address for my billing address, which is different then the address on file with my credit card companyI asked if there was a way to send something from a location other then my address to myself and I was told there is and was transferredAnd, transferredAnd, transferredAnd, transferredThen after some telephone difficulties and four phone calls later, I found out that I can't even request or schedule a piover the phone and have a person take my information because they can't override the P.Obox as a billing addressAfter being told by a manager/supervisor that they can't override a P.Obox as a billing address, I decided not to use FedEx to ship my belongings homeI cannot believe that any company nowadays has no way of accepting P.Oboxes as billing addressesAnd if that's not the case, then FedEx definitely needs to fix their customer service dept It needs to fix it because no one knew which dept could help me, not even the supervisor, and transferred me multiple times as it is

I had ordered a phone for with the two day delivery from fed ex on the 12th of March 2015, They estimated a delivery for 3/17/- Tuesday

So ok, next day I cahted online with a rep and they said and promised me that it would be delivered on today (which was now wenesday the 18th) that the driver was probally behind in his deliveries and they (the customer rep) offered their apologies
So I understood and again rearranged my schedule to stay home, more days outof work, and AGAIN I waited on my porched STRESSING OUT everytime I had to go to the restroomI need that phone for a client! NO FED EX!
Well today is Thursday the 19th (rememebr I ordered this on the 12th) I actually got to talk to alive person who could tell me nothing but gave me a case number and her appologiesShe even said she called the office directly and told them to please delivery it todayI am still waiting as a fed ex truck just passed byNot stoping for me
This kind of service causes so many issues and the fact that people pay for these issues is even crazierI paid believing in what you advertises
d what YOU promised and charged ME FORThis kind of problem is disrepectful to your customers who have busy lives and pay for you to make it easier otherwise we wuld pay nothing and pick it up ouselvesI was forced to use FED EX buy the company who I bought the phone from but I will make sure they know about this issue and hopefully they change who they go through in mailing out their products

WHEN I CALL FED EX ON SUNDAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT SAID THEY CAME ON SATURDAY AND WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO MAKE ANOTHER ATTEMPT UNTIL TUESDAY BECAUSE THEY ONLY DO HOME DELIVERY ON TUESDAY AND SATURDAYI TOLD HER TO MAKE SURE HE LEAVE A DOOR TAG IF IM NOT HOME BECAUSE HE DIDN'T LEAVE ONE ON SATURDAY
ON TUESDAY MY HUSBAND WAS HOME WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE UNTIL 2:BUT THE DID'T SHOW UPHE LEFT A NOTE ON THE DOOR FOR THEM TO LEAVE IT WITH MY NEIGHBORWHEN I CAME HOME MY NEIGHBOR DID'T RECEIVE IT AND AGAIN THERE WAS NO DOOR TAGWHEN I CALL THEM AGAIN THE SAID THE DRIVER CAME AT 1;I TOLD THEM THAT'S A LIE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS HOME AT THAT TIMETHEY ALSO SAID HE CAME BACK AT 5PMI ASK THEM SO WHY HE DID'T LEAVE A DOOR TAG

Completely dishonest driver lied multiple times about making delivery attempts We actually had a house full of people ALL DAY the last day that s/he claimed an attempt was made They even claimed they left a notice on the door (must be the invisible type, right Fed Ex?) Talked to three different phone reps and could never address the situation to the driver Their final \"resolution\" is to drive to a Fed Ex facility which is an hour away, meaning a two-hour round trip for something I paid good money to have delivered Who wouldn\'t be angry/upset? Especially when they KNOW the driver is telling outright lies! Oh, and the most laughable offense was the phone rep claiming they made \"six attempts.\" Ha! I was on vacation all week--they made a first attempt and then decided the drive wasn\'t worth it anymore \r\n\r\nThe fact that a business has no recourse for situations such as this is disgusting These drivers seem to have zero accountability Also, what\'s with not having a facility within miles of my town? There are UPS stores all over the place around here \r\n\r\nWhy anyone would choose Fed Ex (it wasn\'t my choice--the business shipped FedEx) over USPS is beyond me years ago, maybe

I was anticipating on receiving a package on Thursday, December 15th, but it never arrivedWhen I checked the status of the shipment through FedEx.com it stated that that the package was refused at deliveryThis is untrue because I live in a apartment building and I had been waiting for the FedEx courier to arrive but they never showed up
Later that evening, I called FedEx customer support to inquire about the location of my packageI was transferred to a representative who could barely speak English and I couldn't understand most of what the fk she saidFrom what I could make out, she told me that she would send a message to the FedEx delivery center where the package was being held (at that time in Hagerstown, MD) and have them give me a call the following day (Friday, December 16th)I never received such callNow after checking the status of my package, the FedEx website states that my package is headed back to the shipper in Salt Lake City, Utah
Needless to say I am very unhappy with the *** poor service I've received from FedEx and as a result it's now a week from Christmas and I don't have my packageI'm ***ed that an incompetent courier lied indicating that my package was refused delivery when that never happened and that after reaching out to customer service they weren't able to rectify the problemI don't appreciate the *** service from FedEx nor the fact that I have lost time and money in the process

FedEx is holding my package hostage!
I have been waiting for a delivery for some time nowIt was originally scheduled for one day, then got pushed back a day, then anotherWhen a delivery attempt was made, I was not at home (many people work during the day) and they would not leave it without a signatureI went online to see what I could doI could wait 'til the next day (another work day) so that wouldn't workI could pay $and have them deliver it on Saturday, but why should I have to pay to have a package delivered that I already paid to have delivered?
And then a chat popup showed up, so I clickedI asked why there wasn't an option to pick up the package at a FedEx facilityHe said that if I contacted the sender, they could request that the package be held for pickupSo I contacted the sender, and they requested that the package be held at a facility for pickupI kept checking for the tracking to let me know that the package was ready for pickup, but by the end of the next day, it still wasn't available
I clicked on the chat popup once againThis time I was told that the package was at a FedEx facility that did not have a pickup optionSo my question was how to get it to a location where I could pick it up (which had been requested by the shipper the previous day)After much time, I was told that I needed to call FedEx's 800-numberGreat!
So I calledI explained the whole thing and the representative said that I can't request to have a package held for pickup, only the shipper couldI responded that the shipper already didShe continued to argue with meShe told me that I requested to make the changeI told her that I was told I couldn't make that change, but the shipper could, AND THEY DID! She continued to argue with meAfter much frustration, I ended the call after telling the woman that she was "very helpful" (note the sarcasm)
I then attempted to contact the shipper again, but by then it was after their business hours, so I left a messageNow I wait 'til tomorrow and hopefully this will get resolved
I do not understand why it is so difficult to hold a package for the recipient to pick upDidn't they used to do this??? I remember coming home to a sticker on the door saying sorry we missed you, your package is available for pickup at (insert location here)Simpler times, I guess

I was supposed to have an iPhone delivered through FedEx on 10/28/ I called to inquire about delivery options and was told the package was torn open and a supervisor would inspect it and verify if it could be delivered I then called *** and asked what were my options *** called FedEx to verify the story and was told the same story that they would inspect the package and see if it could be delivered *** suggested I wait to hear what the outcome is from FedEx
I called back FedEx the next morning 10/29/and they tell me that the package was open and their was nothing in the box! It took FedEx over hours to verify that there was nothing in the box?! *** is now filing a claim with FedEx and tells me it could take up to hours for FedEx to verify that the contents of the package were missing/STOLEN That's funny considering it took them hours to tell me it was missing/STOLEN and then another hours to tell *** the package was missing
I looked online and there are dozens and dozens of stories of missing iPhones from the Memphis TN distribution center Why won't FedEx improve their security? Of course they use the word missing I use the word STOLEN The notes in the file even say they have notified security of the situation
As a consumer, I am stuck between two companies that neither will take the blame for this issue and in fact, my money won't be refunded even though I never received the package until this case is resolved, and that time frame can not be determined at this time Also I go to the back of the waiting list for ordering a new phone which now is the end of November Also to order a new phone I have to shell out another $because I can't be refunded for the original phone until FedEx verifies that the item was "missing"/STOLEN

the worst in consumer service everI sent a package overseas and it was weeks late because of mis communication when I finaaly got it delivered I then tried to get a refund weeks later still no answer and they keep making me call backhorrible communication with them

Similarly routed packages have wildly varying delivery times, customer service via email never responds (4+ days and no response) and package making less than miles a day for 8+ days with no incliment weather in the regionHold times for phone service greater than one-hour and hangup occurred out of times phoning Service agents not empowered to do anything and often can't tell you where a package is and are rudeService just isn't as good as other carriers at all, and I am now choosing shippers who do not do business with Fedex because of the horrible experiences I also am an e*** seller and refuse to ship through Fedex because of poor and inconsistent shipping results/lost items

My name is Bryan B*** and I just wanted to report on social media that I sent an expensive package, along with other packages, from *** *** **, *** ***, ** Fedex Location in the M*** hotel in Saturday, January 17th, Quentin, the assistant manager, Terrance, and Craig were working when my package was received They were very helpful in preparing my difficult shipment and answering my many questions My less expensive packages arrived as scheduled with my more expensive package's tracking information showing it had not moved I waiting until the day after the scheduled delivery as instructed and called both the fedex number and the Canal St location to begin a trace I called with much concern as I had read many bad reviews on the internet about Fedex and lost packages and horrible customer service in finding them and handling such situations As of now my experience in the customer service experience was amazing All of the agents I spoke with through the number were very accommodating and thorough in noting all the information I provided them In particular, Marjorie in Atlanta with the CAT(customer advocacy team) was exceptional Also, Quentin at the Canal St location was prompt in returning my call after investigating, and honest in admitting they had not had the correct size box for my large and odd package, and this was the reason for the delay He apologized for not calling to let me know and assured me it would be shipped out today As soon as I receive my item I will be expecting a refund of my shipping charges as per Fedex's Money-back guarantee for not receiving the package on time If the customer service remains as helpful as it has been, I do not forsee this being an issue I will update this post along with any and all other social media places I post this too after the situation has been fully resolved So far this experience has been a positive one and I wanted to share it as a form of public accountability but also to give credit where credit is due in the face of the many negative experiences from other customers I have read elsewhere

I just got a 30lb package from W*** delivered by FEDEX The time frame was 3:to 7: It did come at 7:in the rain with no plastic wrap Needless to say the cardboard box was drenched So bad that as I tried to lift the box it just fell apart, luckily the merchandise that was inside was not damaged because it was cat litter in a plastic coated box.and coffee They didn't ring the bell or knock to let me know it was delivered Luckily I went on the computer at 10:00pm and saw it was delivered If I could get WalMart to change their delivery service I wouldExtremely disappointed

I was expecting a package that many of my customers were relying on receiving today (Wed 8.26.15) The package was delivered while I was dropping my son off for school and I wasn't told by the shipper that a signature would be required
I missed the delivery, so I called FedEx customer service to have the package held and was given options of places to have it held I chose one and was given a confirmation number to confirm that it would be held
Craig, from the Boulder facility apparently decided that he knew better and called to let me know that he would not in fact have my package held- I would have to pick it up the next dayI tried to call Craig back, but the Boulder facility doesn't have a phone to receive calls from customers
I called FedEx customer service again, and this time was told by the rep that he would simply have the driver re-deliver the package Not trusting the Boulder facility, I asked the customer service rep if there was any way at all that the facility or driver might refuse to deliver the package again He said "no, it shouldn't be a problem at all"But, no package!
Now I have no idea if my package will be held, redelivered, etc AND MY business will suffer because of this horrible lack of communication and apparently rogue dispatcher/driver who has decided that he is not in this business to accommodate anyone--even if corporate customer service tells the customer that she will be accommodated with either a hold or a re-delivery There is no reason that one of those things couldn't have happened today I am left with no way to reach the Boulder facility, no idea where my package is, nor do I know when/if it will be delivered tomorrow My 3rd and final call to customer service didn't help either The rep also could not tell me when/where or how I would now get my package This is ridiculous customer service!

I have almost exclusively used FedEx for business shipping over the last years but customer service has greatly decline recently On 3.3.15, I put an envelope in a drop box for priority overnight deliveryThe tracking system showed that it was picked up on but showed no movement after that and on the package had not yet been delivered
After a minutes on hold to Customer Service, somehow picked up the call then then hung up After a second call with an equal wait time, an agent took my information and said that he had opened an investigation Since the agent seem truly confused about everything I said I asked to be transferred to a supervisor after we concluded our business
I was transferred to a Customer Advocate based in El Salvador who reported that NO investigation ticket was open in their system which means that the former agent either lied or truly was confused about how to process the investigationI then asked how to file a complaint about the former agentThe Advocate said the agents' name was "Juan" and he couldn't give me his operator # but would open a complaint ticket for me??? Aside from FedEx now leaving packages with any person, bush, or dog in the general vicinity of the delivery address and routinely not making delivery times, the problem resolution mechanism is also broken

For months we have received or packages a week from FedEx and every other package is late because it says address undeliverableWe call and sure enough its delivered or days later...we pay for overnight not or day deliveriesSeems rediculous we have to go over this constantlyMy year old can find any address any time any where***

Fedex drivers should be held at a higher standards like ups,I never had a problem with ups but every time it's fedex,there is a problem,the driver claimed he made attempt,when I waited for my package all day,the next day the driver put incorrect address,i'very been living here years,always get mail and packages from ups,but these incompetent drivers from fedex are lazy,they should be held accountable,because they paid to do a job

I hav had nothing but trouble with FedXOvernight delivery turns into day or in some cases days to to get my package deliveredCalled and complained every timeSometimes I get some charges reversed but I would rather have better serviceI will STOP doing business with companies that ship with FedXEmployees always nice but thier service is horrible!
