Horrible Service! They said they came to my house but never did! Said they knocked on my door never did. I was sitting in my front room. They said they left a door hanger with information on it, on a brown door never did and my door is white! Tried calling them and they were very disrespectful, and unwilling to help. Tried to get the number for the Collinsville location where they said my package would be for pick up and they refused to give me that number said they were not allowed. Very very horrible business with this company. Never ever in my life have I seen any business be ran so horrible and not willing to help the customer. I have dealt with the local post office and other package delivery companies and NEVER had a problem with them. UPS makes two attempts in one day if need to be. They try once (or so they say they do) and if not well you don't get your package? How does that make since? What if the person is in the bathroom or an elderly person who cant move as fast? They need to change the way they handle their business or maybe soon they wont be in business!

On Thursday March 10 2016 FedEx Ground came to deliver a parcel at my home. As I was not there they left a door tag.I called 1-800-GoFedEx to arrange the next delivery for Monday March 14.

I took a day off from my work and waited all day for the FedEx delivery. No one came. No door tag was left on my door either. Later that day I learned that FedEx attempted the delivery at the wrong address and left door tag on my neighboor's door. How difficult is it to read an address?

They promsed to deliver the next morning. They didn't.

Five calls to customer service and two days wasted waiting for them and I still don't have my parcel.

I will not do business with any company using FedEx.

In early summer of 2015 I shipped a ring to a customer in Russia from a FedEx store in Portland, OR. Several days later it had not arrived and we later discovered it had made it all the way to London before being returned to us in the US. It ends up you can't ship items of a certain value to Russia, via FedEx, but the person at the FedEx office was not aware of this. Still, FedEx tried to charge me for the shipment. After speaking with a difficult and unfriendly service agent for sometime however, they refunded me.
The same client asked if I could re-ship the ring to France. I went back to the same FedEx office and shipped the ring to France. A few weeks later I got a bill for around $120 for taxes that should have been paid by the person who picked up the ring in France. I went back to the FedEx store and was told "Oh that happens all the time! Just call and FedEx will refund you." So I called and they told me that a box was ticked on the shipping label saying that I would pay the taxes. All I filled out was the addresses and the value. I definitely did not tick this box. The unfriendly and difficult service agent on the phone told me I would have to go back to the FedEx store and get the counter service person there, who helped me several months ago at this point (I don't even remember who it was), to admit that they ticked the taxes box. Am I being pessimistic by thinking this isn't going to happen? Otherwise I owe them $120 for a mistake their people made.
This shipment has been a nightmare from start to finish. I will never use FedEx again unless I absolutely have to. They used to be a really great company.

Made an order and the vendor (W[redacted]) used fedex as the shipper. I paid extra for the shipment so it would arrive in enough time for when it was needed. 2 days past the scheduled delivery date (might as well be 3 days as its 9:40PM now) and still no package. All the customer rep can tell me is that "it must still be in route because it hasn't been scanned in yet as arriving to the center, must be a service error with the truck". The item shows as left CA 4 days ago in route to TN. Does FedEx not know where their product is? If it was a service error with the transportation shouldn't you know this and its current location? FedEx shipping service is nothing but a disappointment. Thank you fedex for ruining the occasion.

FedEx is absolutely the best courier service! Very recently I was waiting for some urgent documents that were addressed to my home. I was at work that day, and my home door tag has the name of my workplace. The FedEx delivery person to the University of Maine and Orono/Old Town area is familiar with the location since he has been to the place several times. So he delivered the package to my workplace! It's very nice of him to do that since I was in a hurry to get those documents for a submission. I am very satisfied of their service, and highly recommend it to anybody. Special thanks to the FedEx delivery person to the University of Maine, Orono Maine area for his outstanding and efficient service.

I had a product that was to be delivered by Fed-ex ground. I was going to be out of town 7/19/16 to 07/27/16 and requested that the delivery be made on 07/28/16 which was the day after I returned. The delivery was not made so I tracked the shipment on their website. A delivery attempt was made on 07/22/16 and returned to the Fed-ex location as I was not home and it required a signature. Entry was made on the online tracking system through 07/26/16 but no entry after that. I spent several hours speaking to someone at the 800 number attempting to locate and have the package delivered. I spoke with the office on the evening of 07/29/16 and was informed that the didn't know why the shipment was not pulled for delivery and assured me that it would be delivered on 07/30/16. I contacted Fed-ex on 07/30/16 to make sure that the shipment was being delivered and was informed that the all delivery drivers were gone for the day and that the office was closed; however if I wanted to drive to the office (about 10 miles from my house) to pick up the shipment I could do that. If the office was closed then how was I going to go there to pick up the shipment? I spoke with a supervisor at the office and was informed that the shipment would be delivered on Monday 08/01/16. I need this shipment for work and it has cost me loss work in addition to money to have an IT person come out to program the computer. I receive overnight shipments with no problem whatsoever but have had nothing but problems with this shipment. It appears that the ground shipping section in this area needs some retraining on customer relations and package control. I would never use ground shipping with Fed-ex because of this experience.

In Nov 2016, V[redacted] shipped FedExp our new $2000 ipad. FedExp delivery person said they tried to deliver the item, but did not. My husband and I were at home the entire day. We called to refuse any other attempt to deliver the package because just 1 month ago FedExp pitched a package over our 6 foot fence damaging the item so bad it had to be returned. Also, on Dec 14, 2016, we were expecting a delivery from B**. They also only ship FedExp. We believe since we made two prior complaints against FedExp they kept the item from B**, but showed a delivery to a porch area. We do not have a porch. I believe, like others, that FedExp employees are stealing packages meant for customers. I could not get replacement items because they were Christmas related. They stole the item meant for a deathly ill 7 year old child. This agency does not care what they do to customers and the companies like V[redacted] and B** don't care about their customers because they subject us to this very bad delivery company. FedExp, V[redacted], and B** have a lot to be proud of these days.... If the system worked like it should all these companies would eventually go out of business. Too bad their is no one listening at any of these companies.

I waited at home from work yesterday for a package from Fedex. I was home all day, my doorbell works, and the driver left an attempt to deliver note on my door. U** was able to deliver all their packages to me yesterday no problem. I waited at home again today for my FedEx package, signed the form that lets them leave the package at the door and also left a note saying someone is home please ring the doorbell. The person leaves another attempt to deliver note on the door and writes on my note that no one is home. U** was able to deliver all their packages to me today, again. I call FedEx to complain, the person on the line says that they attempted to make the delivery but no one was home, I tell them I have been for the past 2 days. They say well, the driver will attempt to deliver tomorrow. I say that's [redacted], I've been home the past 2 days waiting for the package how am I supposed to find solace in the driver attempting to deliver again? The person on the phone says that I need to be more professional. This is crazy because the whole reason why I'm calling to complain is because THEY aren't being professional and doing THEIR job! This isn't the first time FedEx has been difficult and I will avoid FedEx as much as I can and not recommend them what so ever. This is a garbage delivery company that does not care about their customers what so ever.

FedEx main office, Water Street Tampa is the most bureaucratic and unprofessional business I have ever encountered. We tried to send a package and it was rejected TWICE for a minor error on an additional label on the box. The name of the person signed the rejection is R. H[redacted]. They never tried to call my cell phone but simply sent back the package. I will never use FedEx again.

They have basically lost my package. been two weeks. Like maybe someone stole it.

Ordered items from T[redacted]. Order received at Fed Ex in Northborough, MA 4/7/16. Departs Northborough on 4/8/16 and arrives in Woodbridge, Twp, NJ on 4/10 and is forwarded on 4/11 to Allentown, PA. In Allentown, it is delivered to a post office for delivery to CT and will arrive on 4/12. Someone please tell me what advantage it was to send it from MA, to NJ, to PA and THEN to CT when it could have been sent, thru the post office, right from MA. No wonder the costs are so high for Fed Ex. The best part, the service is called "SMARTPOST". REALLY????

I was specifically called by FEDEX local office and was told I my package would be delivered today by 3PM, needless to say its 450PM and no package. I called the same number and the representative said, it's up to the driver if he/she can deliver the package or not. My question why tell me it will be delivered if its up to the driver? I had I known that I would have picked it up myself on my way home after work. Why do the drivers knock the door and leave soon after? had the driver wait 1 min to give my wife the chance to come down he/she would have not had to come back another time/day.

FedEx is the absolute WORST company to deal with. I have never in my life dealt with a company that does not care about their customer more than FedEx. They have continually [redacted] up deadlines and deliveries which in turn affect MY business. The customer reps DONT CARE, THE CAT team reps DONT CARE, the sales rep DONT CARE and I am sure that Mr. B[redacted] DOESN'T CARE. If you can avoid dealing with them I would recommend that. They will only[redacted] up your business for you and then they expect to get paid. SHAME ON YOU FEDEX CORPORATION

I paid to have fed ex deliver a Christmas gift to my home before Christmas. it has been bouncing between Los Angeles and Chino for days. the day "after" it was supposed to arrive I was received an email stating it would arrive on the 27th of December. on the 28th I received an email stating it would arrive on the 31st December. I called fed ex and was notified that they would deliver it to U[redacted] and they would take it to my house. I tried, three times to get the lady to understand that the U[redacted] does not deliver to homes in the mountains. she proceeded to talk over me rather than listen. when I finally got her to listen she put me on hold. when she came back she said that they would drop it off at an U[redacted]. I could call the U[redacted] and make arrangements for me to drive to the U[redacted] where fed ex dropped it off so I could collect my package. I asked which U[redacted] office. she said I could find out online.

I had a package scheduled for delivery today. I cleared my schedule today so I could be available to accept the package. I checked the tracking number every hour for an update. There hasn't been an update on my package since Wednesday, and today is Friday. I called at 1:20 my time for an update. I spoke to a gentleman ( I did get every persons name I spoke to today) and he apologized for the tracking updates and reassured me the package was out for delivery and will be delivered by the end of the day. Six hours later the package still hasn't arrived. I check my tracking once again to see it has finally been updated and the package was checked in at an FedEx location. I called Fedex to inquire about this matter and they tell me the package will not be delivered until Monday. One of the reps towould have would have my package delivered on Saturday. How is that possible when Fedex do not deliver on weekends. I have been lied to several times from members of their company. Highly unacceptable and I would never do service with Fedex again or purchase from companies that use their service as their only mail carrier.

I dropped off a small return package to the USPS which was to go Smartpost/Returns to the merchant retailer, on July 7, 2015. It was not picked up until July 17 by FedEx. It is their responsibility to pickup these packages to be processed. I verified this information with the post office today. The postal clerk stated that FedEx will come by and drop off materials but does not always pick up the packages. He also stated that he cannot compel the FedEx employee to pick up the packages since the post office is not their supervisor. It is all too evident that FedEx has numerous complaints in regard to this service which have been posted online.

I shipped 20 computers in 4 boxes via FedEx to FL from NJ. 3 of the boxes arrived and 1 did not(tracking number 7[redacted]) which had 6 Dell computers . I was notified by the receiver and then I realized that FEDEX lost my package. I contacted their Trace Department. They told me to wait 3 days. I called back in 2 and was told a possible match of the package was found and was given an internal number (8[redacted]) and the warehouse address (10400 NW 122nd St Miami, FL 33178) and was told me that it should ship asap. The next day (Friday) I call again and was told no update and I had to wait. I waited until monday, called and was told that the case was closed because there has been more than 10 days of last scan and they can't do anything but I should file claim. I got so mad at the guy at trace department which did nothing other than saying "BE OPTIMISTIC"!!!!! I did not stop, kept calling and was told by another representative that the item was at Overgoods Department at the above address and Overgoods Reprensentative Norton told the account rep I spoke with that I should have an update the next day.... Long stary short, I called a few other times and I came up with this result: FEDEX lost my package once and then found the package and then LOST AGAIN in their own warehouse. Their internal number (8[redacted]) is a barcode and they can't locate this package at all. What I believe is that FEDEX employees might have stolen these 6 computers and that's why they do not want to find the (LOST!) package at all! Is not it weird to lose the same exact package twice at Fedex's warehouse???

I ordered a 12v Ride on car for my granddaughter for Christmas from W[redacted]. This was he only thing she ask from Santa. Since I had confirmation of the order I assured her she was on "Santas Nice List" and would get the car. My husband and I traveled 8 hours to see her face when she saw this car. FEDEX lost the car. An attempt was made to deliver it on Dec 15th. We had an email from W[redacted] stating it would be delivered on Dec 21st. Since no one was at home the driver did not leave it and did not leave a note stating he tried. And no other attempts were made to deliver it and no contact made to me. On the 23rd when we still did not have it I called Fedex. After several conversations I was told the driver remembered trying to deliver it and it was on his truck but he doesn't remember what happened to it. This as a large package. I was also told by the customer service rep after telling her how disappointed my granddaughter was she suggested I go and buy another one from W[redacted]! No efforts were made by your company to find this. I know this is a busy time for your company but 8 days went by and nothing was done until I called! If only this had been shipped by U** our Christmas would not have been ruined. If you would like to view the disappointment from my 4 year Granddaughter I have it recorded and I am thinking of putting it on Y[redacted]. I realize this can happen, a package can get lost, but your company was so uncaring. And lazy! The car was $94.94 - I would like for Fedex to compensate me for this.

FedEx, Lets see anytime I see a fedex tracking number on something Ive purchased I cringe. I will NEVER choose them over [redacted] or [redacted], either rediculously slow delivery or constant delays in delivery, Changing the delivery date. Or I end up with a package that looks like it got run over by a train. With that reference I did order a brand new bow that they actually did run over with a forklift. Then just dropped it on the front porch like it was fine. Actually had to chase the driver down the road to get the damage noted for the claim. I'd say total sg, And that goes to say most of fedex employees dont really give a crap about what they do or how they do it. Know some people that work there and have heard the stories. But what brought me to finally do a review on Fedex is well Im waiting on a package and well moved once in a week! Total [redacted] service!

Often when I order from A[redacted] they send it through Fedex. Without fail, the truck pulls up, stops in front of my house, and drives off. Only once did they ever get out of the truck, and they left before I could get my shoes on and get to the door. They just change the tracking page to say "Business closed" and never attempt delivery again. I'd rather use U[redacted] and wait three weeks than bother with Fedex again.
