I just called FedEx 800 number about a delivery. I called and go a heavy accented (Spanish?) male trying to ask me about the problem I had. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times due to his heavy accent. I asked him where he was, he said Central America. This is NOT the first time I have had to call FedEx's 800 number and gotten someone in Central America. I'm a retired FedEx employee and I'm OUTRAGED that here in the good old USA we are sending FedEx business out of our country and jobs out of America.

They delivered to the wrong post office, they couldn't tell me which one since I wasn't my pobox, customer sservice is no help at all ! Then they said they attempted to deliver the package 4 times even tho the status shows delivered. They are the worst

My packages were always delivered on time especially from W[redacted].

I was provided with tracking # [redacted] by 3day blinds installer that my package would ship from California with an estimated delivery of Friday February 19th. The installer for the blinds scheduled to do the installation on Monday 2/22/16@noon. I signed up with fedex to track the package. The last time I checked, the status was in transit with a delivery date of Friday February 19th end of day. While checking my email roughly 12:45 today, I found that a delivery attempt was made at 12:32 and fedex would attempt to deliver again the next business day. Thereafter, I signed up with fedex.com as well as set up fedex delivery manager. While signing up-- the Chat popped up;

I was hoping they would re-deliver my package.

It's important to note that I was waiting on my package-- and I had 2 doctor appointments in Philly-- I live in Jersey-- in addition to other business I had in Philly. I had to cancel both appointments and never made it to Philly today... Nevertheless, when I chatted, called Fedex-- I informed them that the shipment status door tag I found on the outside of our lobby door was addressed to Apt [redacted]. My apartment is [redacted]...

I was provided a case # of [redacted] by Reena G a CHAT rep and -- was advised to speak with a Customer Advocate. I spoke with the advocate to request that my package be re-delivered to the correct address/apartment #[redacted]-- not [redacted]. The advocate said that he would pass the info on. I further requested that I receive a call as I have set up an acct with Fedex -- because of the inconvenience--that my package be delivered NLT 11:00am on 2/22/16 so that I do not have to cancel/reschedule the installation for my blinds.

The advocate said he would put in the request in but that he could not guarantee delivery by 11am. This is unacceptable.

Fedex has now placed me in a position of vulnerability. They claim they will re-deliver on Monday-- but can't guarantee that it will be delivered before 11am. I would think just for the inconvenience-- Fedex should make the adjustment to their driver's schedule to avoid a dissatisfied customer.

For some unknown reasons FedEx keeps delivering packages to the wrong address. I live at the residential address and Fedex keeps delivering to the rental office. Most recently, I was expecting a package and called beforehand on 01/04/2017 and spoke to agent Asia and I requested, again, that packages will be delivered to the apartment (the right address) and she assured me that this will happen. I did mention that these packages are too heavy for me. She said that she sent a note to the driver. Not only the package was delayed but although I was at home and expecting it, the driver delivered it to the rental office on 01/07/2017 and this office is a considerable distance to me. I dont understand how someone could be so ignoring/negligent.

I have been waiting on a package that was shipped through them for a week now. The so called "customer service representatives" have no earthly idea of what they are doing, nor do their supervisors. I am so fed up with this company I will never do business with them again.

FedEx mis-delivered my package. It spent 3 days in the rain and both the inner packaging and outer package and it can't be used or repaired. I submitted documented proof of the value and they only reimbursed me 50% of the cost. Apparently, their "loophole" was a missing declared value on the shipping instructions.

There was no dispute from FedEx that the package was lost or damaged. But they refused to reimburse me for the damage they caused.

This was a very poor customer service experience and I'll never use FedEx again.

I purchased an item on 01 February 2016. The company created a shipping label, and stated that FedEx will handle it from therein. That was on 03 February 2016. Today is 05 Febraury 2016, and the item is in a city in Kentucky which is about 8 hours from my city in West Virginia. It has been sitting there in Kentucky for 2 days, and will probably stay there until at least 08 February 2016, which is absolutely outrageous. I'm tempted to just drive to Kentucky and pick up the item myself. I have never been so pi**ed of by a shipping company. Shame on FedEx.

Terrible. Fed Ex delivery personnel deliver packages to random people, When calling customer service to find out where package is and ask question about this supposed policy, customer service rep very rude, and even purposely hung up the phone in middle of a question.
this isnt the first time I recieved service from this company on this [redacted] poor level, but it WILL be the last time I use their service ever. And any company, that uses their service I will nevrr order from because unfortunately FEd Ex service is so [redacted] poor, that it make it not even worth it to buy products that will be shipped through them. I dont know how they remain in business and not even sure if delivering other people products and basically acting as helping theft by handing packages, some in the value of hundreds of dollars, over to random people is even legal. I know that the postal office is not allowed to do it, [redacted] do not do it for that specific reason of potential theft of property, yet somehow Fed Ex think this is good idea? Then have nerve to be rude to customers when questioned about anything, from late packages, packages not being delivered at all, and drivers not delivering the packages to the person' residences? Never again. They might get other people and other people may accept this sort of terrible customer service but I will not. Especially from a company where I pay the shipping and the service is not free. They may get other's people money, but never will get a dime directly nor indirectly from me. And sad that unfortunately other companies that use them as shipping companies also will lose a customer due to their low quality work but I am not going through this type of nonsense any longer.

I have made multiple complaints to Fedex in the past for delivery to my current location.
My apartment has access intercom, and a hallway to leave packages which are large enough not to fit in the mailbox.

Every other service (USPS, UPS) will either leave stuff in the mailbox or in the Mail section in the hallway, or if unable to leave, will call at my number or my apartment via intercom as to what to do with the package.

Fedex guy will leave a Door Tag at my apartment (no calling or even knocking), second time will leave a Door Tag in the hallway, and third time a note that they tried multiple times (basically half baked attempts).
Last time I called Fedex again to ask will they ever fix the problem, I was told this should be taken care of going forward. The fedex guy came in the hallway and called up if I would like to pick up the item. I told him leave it at the mail box. The guy didn't even bother to bring it up, and instead left it outside the hallway (outside basically).

This kind of service is pathetic. The excuses range from Fedex guy doesn't have keys to get inside the building (yeah right, how does he get in the first time for every delivery?) to the guy did knock on the dorr multiple times (been there too).

Seems like a serious work culture issue with the Fedex service near me.

I payed for 2 day shipping deliver by 8 p.m and at 8:10 p.m my package was revived back at my local fedex after being on a truck to my house all day. This package was a important Christmas gift that won't be delivered until the Monday afterwards. I've been on hold for over 45 minuets waiting to talk to someone. Way to drop the ball fedex.

There is definitely a reason why they don't do as well as U** and why they are viewed as negatively as they are. They have very poor communications network where they don't even know themselves (or they don't want to tell us) where the package is or when it'll arrive. Called 3 different times and was given 3 different answers by 3 different customer reps and 2 managers.

Very bad, bad, and bad delivery and customer service!!! Is there 0 star to select?
Within 3 months, two packages were lost by Fedex. And the customer service is bad too. Different call representatives gave different information. Every time, I was told that someone will call me at some day for update, but never got any call. So I had to call everyday to check the status.
I asked them do more investigation, but they refused and ask me take claim process. The claim value is way under the real package value.
Decided to switch to other shipping services.

I have often been a customer at the FedEx Office at 821 North 27th Street, Billings, MT, both for my personal use and as a teacher with Billings Public Schools, usually with very good results. This afternoon, 1/19/2015, I went in with my sister who wanted to purchase boxes for posting items overseas. My sister wanted to get an idea of the size of boxes, so she investigated some on display. Without greeting us or making eye contact, one of the staff who says that she is the manager, admonished us like children for touching the display and made it clear that she was mad about needing to put it back together; it had been flimsily connected with tape. My sister politely explained that she did not realize it was off limits and just wanted to get an idea of size. The lady still did not ask how she might help or make eye contact with us, but continued to criticize us for touching her display. My sister and I decided to leave and I told the lady I thought she was quite rude and lacking customer service. She made no attempt to stop us and seemed happy that we were leaving. I have never posted a complaint about a business before and never been so rudely treated in Billings.

I ordered an Apple i-6 from Verizon and it was shipped by Fedex. Made it to Memphis then was lost or stolen. Fedex has been TERRIBLE in helping me with this. No communications, they lied to me and numerous other issues. Finally, after a month, they told me I would have to go through Verizon. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!

Ordered cat litter. Delivered on time, however don't know how many times box was dropped. Original box was torn in two places. It was packaged inside another box that was full of loose litter as the original had been compromised. Opened packaging box and had litter all over my living room.

My Son sent me a package to Mexico it turns out to be in customs it has been there since 12/28/2016 and couldn't get it, now I have told them I need the package to come back to me several days has passed and still not getting it, we putted the package on their hands Fedex is the reponsible for it but seems like they don't care

I have a package that Fed Ex reports as delivered to my front door. Of course package was not there. This is a problem that has occured several times at my location alone. Each time customer service is contacted their excuse is- it was a new driver. My location is mark very well. I never have this issue with UPS. This package happens to contain an I phone. It is raining. If package left outside at incorrect address it will be ruined. Very poor service. Prior to placing a new order I will contact seller and request NOT to use Fed Ex.

I myself will never use FedEx again. Nor well I buy from a company that uses FedEx for the shipping! The last two times I used FedEx, the same thing happen I never received my package when it was supposed to be delivered. After waiting all day for them to come. I'm not sure what's going on with FedEx, but they're not making their customers very happy. Nor the retailers that use FedEx to ship to the customers. I am disabled and my daughter bought me a new rolling walker and had it delivered to my house. She got notification that it was to be delivered on Tuesday and I took off work to be there. My adult son and I were both home until about 2:00 and when I walked out the door there was a notice that they had tired to deliver it about half an hour earlier. Neither of us heard a knock at the door nor did the doorbell ring. I immediately tried to call about it as I really needed it as my old one was broken and after not choosing a Spanish csr, I finally got through to a Hispanic person with an accent that was difficult to understand. She repeatedly told me that no one was home when they tried to deliver it which I know was not true and I asked for a supervisor. I got another Hispanic person who kept telling me the same thing, despite my telling them numerous times that there were people home. They put me through to someone in the local center who laughed at me. Not enough space for rest
