Two days in a row Fed Ex has put a note on my front door (right on top of my 1/x sign that reads, " FED EX....I HAVE CANCER AND CAN'T MOVE FAST....PLEASE DO NOT HIT AND RUN" I have seen the driver jump out the van door run to my front door and run back, No ringing the door bell & No door knock Customer service tells me that the package in question was delivered here a month ago and yet I have FEDEX tags here for the last days Tomorrow I am supposed to have my CHEMO Meds delivered........NO MEDS WILL MEAN I'LL FIND AN ATTORNEY AND SUE ! During the year fedex has been great but it's all private contractors right now...........they are still FEDEX's responsibility ! *** OFF CUSTOMER HERE !

This company thinks that it is too big to have worry about its customers and the only protest that a customer of theirs can make is to absolutely never deal with them again and badmouth them to everyone who will listenI filed a claim on December 2ndfor a package clearly marked FRAGILE that contained glass items that arrived in a thousand pieces and they simply denied my claimSo they can ship something, charge for it, destroy it and then, deny the claimTheir customer care is deliberately designed to make you run around in circles and they think that the supply of customers is endless but, it's not!

was expecting a mattress to arrive sometime the next day so I called to see if I could get some kind of time general time frameAgent arranged it so that they would call me before deliveryNo phone callMissed the delivery while I was at workSecond call, Agent arranges that I get it shipped via evening delivery the next nightNo callNo deliveryNow it's 6:so I call and checkAgent tells me that they scanned the wrong address and so the delivery went to the wrong address!!!! No call or email to tell me thisAgent then tells me that I can pick it up at one of their locations!! They didn't even attempt delivery to the CORRECT ADDRESS even though they made an error!I don't own a car and am by myself! Agent doesn't offer me a third attempt at delivery!! I had to remind him that I have another attempt as by Fed Ex's policy!! No manager to help resolve this!! Same talk-off and not a single care about the merchandise that they are responsible for!! No accountabilityNo resolution!! NothingThey misinformed, and mishandled merchandiseAnd they lied about having the wrong address since they already made a first delivery attemptI am currently waiting for a hour request hold before they can tell me when I need to pick my mattress up!!!! Isn't misinformation a legal gray area? How can we hold a business accountable? advertising to boot? No offer of a 3rd delivery attempt until I mentioned it?? No one wanted to help me

My phone quite working and I took it to the M*** M***
L*** T***, CO V*** Store They told me that it was covered under warranty and that they would overnight ship a new phone to my office I drive to my office in -degree weather to be there when my phone arrives I check the tracking number only to find that it will arrive in days not overnight I called FedEx and they said it was not marked as overnight I checked the V*** webpage and it says overnight shipping so clearly V*** marked it as overnight shipping and the Fed Ex employee lied to me I am in the mental health field and my clients depend on my availability Plus, I had to go to my office (I work on Saturdays) and wait to see who shows up because I cannot receive any calls The weather today is snowy and -degrees so I am sure some clients will cancel This is terrible treatment of a customer and has caused me financial loss

Delivery attempt never made and have refused to attempt to deliver for three more daysIt is extremely important for this delivery to be made because I cannot get to work without it

For the second time in less than six month FEDEX DELIVER my package to the wrong address I need it my part right away and even thought is their fault I have sitting down and wait two days to solve my issueFor once is a part to repair my swimming pool that if is not repair soon I will lose over 12,gallons of water but what can I do if I even ask them to give me the address and I go and pick up my item myself and still nothingWhat it going to take to hold this people responsible for their actions

Recent issues with a package delivery Seems like there is very little communication between customer service and the driversTheir tracking website and customer service responses to my inquiries kept saying that they had the incorrect address, however, the correct address was on my invoice and listed in their tracking informationThe driver called to get directions and seemed very confused, but then assured me that my packages would be deliveredLater when I contacted customer service on the phone, they still insisted that they had the incorrect address and told me my packages were at a facility outside of my area and would be delivered the next dayI decided to contact the driver again, and he said that he had the correct address and that it was on the truck and would be dropped off todayWhat the heck is going on? Don't most companies these days use gps technology? I live on a major road with my house number is displayedI'm baffled and frustrated and don't understand why I should spend my time giving instructions and repeatedly tracking down my packagesThought that was what I was paying forNot sure I will ever use FedEx again, though sometime I do not have a choice, depending on the seller I'm purchasing from

I am angry that my package is late, and I've been waiting to get my 3d printer off a*** and nope they even put no sticker on my door saying they even came by.!

I have had an absolute terrible experience with FEDEX I needed to ship food to Los Angeles from Dallas, TX for the LA Food and Wine Festival I originally intended on sending boxes, but I was told that the fifth box was too big I was sent back to my restaurant to re-pack the box into smaller ones I took the boxes back to the store and sent all boxes out The next day unfortunately only boxes arrived in LA I called to check on the status of the 6th box and was told that it was damaged and that the contents spilled out The contents were $worth of shrimp and FEDEX threw the entire box away This was the most expensive box of the entire shipment and the most important All the other boxes of food were designed to go with the shrimp for the event Without the shrimp our entire event was ruined We spend roughly $2,to ship these boxes out and it was all pointless because of the spilled shrimp What's so frustrating, is that we are only being reimbursed for the failed package of shrimp $roughly So I have essentially spent $1,for packages that was completely pointless/useless because FEDEX ruined my shrimp I've tried explaining this problem with their Claims department and have been completely put off I've been passed around to several different department for weeks now, and no one seems either willing or capable of helping me FEDEX has been completely unreasonable and unwilling to assist a frustrated customer Furthermore, due to the horrible communication of their staff at the shipment store I was under the impression that my box was 100% covered, but really it was only covered for $ I do take some responsibility of this issue however, as I did sign the receipt without having checked all the details of it I was however, greatly misled into thinking my $worth of shrimp was fully covered Instead, FEDEX is sending my $for my loss I will not use FEDEX again and their inability to do proper business was on full display

I have an order with two-day shippingUpdated my address because it would not arrive on timeIt was a mistake I guess because, it is nine days later and it still has not arrivedI called four days straight and each time I was told it would be here "tomorrow." Well, it is four different tomorrows, and it still has not arrivedI have spent a total of five hours on phone calls this week trying to figure out what is causing so many problemsI have only had one good interaction with customer service This business lacks communication with customersIf they would of told me from the beginning changing addresses is immensly difficult, I would have driven to pick up the package myself

The package was supposed to be delivered by 12/ It has been at the Baltimore, Maryland facility since 12/ As of today now the date is pending I have had no trouble getting UPS packages large and small Customer service advised they were busy but so is UPS and they don't seem to have this problem

Fed ex has delivered two of our packages to the wrong place in week actually within two days of each otherTo make it worse one was a duplicate order due to the urgency of the time that we needed the package delivered I opened a claim for one of the packages which i'm now told will have to be filed as a lost packageApparently I have to wait more hours to receive word on the other missing packageEach package contained very expensive dental materials so you can imagine my frustration when I called to try to find out exactly what was going onI was told to wait and that's all that I could doThe employees were very unapologetic and rude and did not want to give me their superiors informationThe case manager stated that the driver delivered the package to the front receptionistI asked to what address and to what suite...and she had no answersThen I let her know that our security cameras are proof that neither package was ever deliveredThis is ongoing and WILL be resolved one way or another

On September 23, I dropped a package off at a FedEx facility and filled out all information (ie customs form, shipment details) under the guidance of a FedEx representativeI handed the package to the FedEx representative and paid $for the overnightThis was an item that absolutely needed to arrive at its destination by September 24th and it never arrivedI contacted FedEx representatives initially on the evening of the 23rd to confirm status and they were not helpful and would not provide details including their names / locations so that I could escalate the issueNever once did I receive one phone call or email to update me on the status of the packageThe package ended up getting returned to me on September 29th (i.ea week after the item needed to arrive at the destination) with no explanationI shipped the exact same package the next day via one of your competitors and it arrived hassel-freeNeedless to say, I will never be using FedEx again after this experience as I have lost complete confidence that they will be able to deliver my urgent packages in a timely manner

Retail store with orders for our customers for ChristmasOur order arrives at Fedex facility in StLouis on Tuesday Dec 20th and was on truck for delivery.Attempted at approximately 7:AM and we open at 9AM (hours posted) no further effort madeStill waiting on Friday December 23rd with no package and absolutely no help from their customer service except to tell us they are very busyHave switched all further service to U*** P***
