I am rejecting this response because:Using "policy" as an excuse for ignoring reality is not a reasonable excuse. Scott and White agrees I never received a Treatment or Observation room, but cites billing policy and my deductible as a reason for charging me for something I did not receive nor agree to paying.

It is my understanding that this issue has been resolved since the rejection was first filed on February 16, 2015. Until told otherwise, Baylor Scott & White will consider this matter closed. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:As per our conversation on Monday, December 21, 2015, I would like to have Complaint ID #[redacted] remain open until all actions from Baylor Scott & White have been acquired. Since I needed to respond to the Revdex.com within 6 calendar days from Scott & White's contact with me, I only accepted their response ... It's not resolved yet. Scott & White said they were changing the code(s), resubmitting the charges to Blue Cross Blue Shield and taking my daughter's account out of Collections. I also requested a written document stating that my daughter's account was taken out of Collections. I spoke with the Manager of Patient Relations on December 16, 2015. As of today, December 22, I have not received any documentation, nor seen any resolution. It's only been several days, so I would like to give Scott & White more time to resolve this matter. I will contact the Revdex.com when Scott & White have completed all the agreed resolution to close this complaint. I appreciate all of your help regarding this matter. After having an opportunity to investigate we found that the 30.00 and 40.00 charges that were billed were actually left by the insurance company on order to cover the deductable.
