into customer care and canceled 08/05/by Christina in customer service I searched by the email provided as well as your zip code and last name just to make sure I was not missing another account You have not been billed for anything outside of the shipping and handling from what we show in our billing systemI had one of our customer service agents reach out to you today and it seems there may have been some confusion you asked that we respond and let you know this information I hope this resolves the concern today have a great day!

SCAM..charged for the bottle but after days of a trial period charged Nothing on website about thisWhen calling customer service refused a refund and we're rude and hung up on customerThey need to be shut down and called out on the con artists they are!

Very disappointed with the service from this companyI have been hung up on THREE TIMES by there customer serviceI was flabbergasted when they did thisMy husband as well signed up for the free trial and it was also not clearly stated that the full amount would be charged to the accountOn top of that there were only pills in the bottle but I've been told over and over again that it was a day supplyI have no problem paying for the trial that we received but why would you charge for the pills againSo completely upset and disappointedAll we wanted was a refund, everything was a big misunderstanding, but after being treated so negatively by the customer service I cannot see past this and will never be ordering from this company, I will be reporting them on multiple websites, telling my friends and family about my experience, and also taking to social media to express and bring to awareness this SCAM!!!
