The error we got we normally do not see unless the charge has already been disputed with the bank. Please let us know if you have already contacted the bank about the charge. They said it was a free trial, ordered it, took about a week to ship and a week later I got charged for $89.99 saying that it was a 14-day trial period for a 30 day supply. After contacting customer service they told me there was nothing they could do and wouldn't refund my money. The product sucks, no visual difference since I started taking it, company scams people for an easy $89.99 that's basically in the smallest of prints in the agreement.
Don't buy product from them! The ingredients can be bought at any local pharmacy for less than half the price.
Case#12124402There is still no response from this company about if it was reshaped or my money being refunded. They cancelled my order and I have not yet to receive any response.[redacted]

[redacted] is my underage (17 year old) son. He DID NOT place the order as we were both in the hospital with his son having a procedure at the time. AND the 0588 number is MY cell phone not his and he has no access to it.And I sure as hell don't need beard formula. I placed the complaint as it is MY phone and MY address that it was sent to AND we did not order it. I am APPALLED that you are blaming US who didn't place the order. We are not in another state- I think you said Pennsylvania anyway. We are in MICHIGAN so the IP address is wrong. Plus your rep quoted 3 charges totaling the listed price. Someone is either lying about the order (not us) OR someone is screwing around (not me OR my son). It wouldn't have been so bad but your customer service reviews are awful and the same thing happened to US. It is all over the web. I have your damned bottle of stuff that came with NO invoice whatsoever. I will send the freaking thing back if need be.
