I purchased Beard Czar through a ad on Facebook (getbeardczar.com). When you go through the purchasing system online it states you will be sent a 30day supply free of charge and you are only to pay shipping and handling, which was $4.95. Then once you put in all your payment information it brings you to another page to confirm your purchase. The confirm button is right after where it says your being shipped 30day supply of Beard Czar for $4.95. However 15 days later I was charged $89.99. I called to see why I was charged and was hung up on every single time. I called 4 times in one day, every single time I was spoken to very rude and when I would ask to speak with a supervisor they would hang up on. I was also told they don't do refunds to anything that has been open, but on the website it sates I spoke with 4 different people and had the same results. I was never able to speak with a supervisor however they told me that on the website it "CLEARLY STATES" you are given a 14 day trail period and if you do not cancel and send by the item in 14 day you will be charged in full. I was unable to find this anywhere in clear site on the website. I had to ask her where it was. I found it way at the bottom of the page under a link labeled terms and conditions. May I remind you there is no box you check or anything that says you have read terms and conditions, nor does it even say to read them as I couldn't even find them. However under terms and conditions it states under number 10 what the lady had told me over the phone. I feel this is set up this way to make people think they are getting their first bottle for free just so that they can really be charged the whole price. They know people won't go and see the terms and conditions as they have them hidden at the bottom of the page. I also found it to be extremely unprofeccional on how there customer service treated me when I called. I would never and will never use or recommend this product to anyone.

I cannot explain as to why the orders came through, all I can provide is the back up (which I had attached in my first response). Our database runs between 200 and 1000 sales a night. We would in no way shape or form create an order. Perhaps the customers identity was compromised? I honestly cannot say. All I do know is what our system tells me and I have no personal value to that information, it is simply an e-commerce customer transaction.I do not know what more I can do to relieve the situation. We have refunded the money as requested and we have taken the calls, reprimanded the agent and retrained the agent on this type of call.Please advise as to what more can be done to come to a closed resolution.

This is in response to complaint ID#[redacted]We at Beard Czar take our customer issues very seriously. First and foremost I would like to apologize for the way the customer call was handled. Our customers should never have to "negotiate" a purchased item. We have contacted our customer service...
company in Phoenix Arizona, listened to the call and have re-trained the employee which took the initial call.I have attached the orders which resulted in the above Revdex.com complaint. As you can see the two orders which were placed were refunded on August 18, 2016. The original orders were placed on August 14, 2016. Out of the five orders placed three orders were declined via our gateway and the other two orders were refunded. None of the orders total the $29.89 referenced in the complaint.Upon further research I found that the order was placed by [redacted] not the Meg Fuller listed on the complaint. The orders were placed from a prepaid card on 08/14/2016 at 11:15 and 11:16 am. The orders were placed using an AT&T android device with a phone number of [redacted]. The IP address used was [redacted] in Harrisburg PA.I feel as though the orders were placed via [redacted]'s device and [redacted] will receive the two products shipped free of charge since we have indeed refunded the money. I feel as though we failed only with our customer service company and we have taken steps to remedy that situation. Beard Czar has followed the appropriate customer service guidelines and have refunded the money and have not asked that the product be returned.Thank you, and I look forward to your response regarding this issue.
