AWFUL! SCAM!!! My husband heard about this on the radio and so he purchased it. He thought it was ONE bottle for $4.95. I saw three charges in my bank. One was from [redacted] another was [redacted] and then the last was [redacted]. When I looked it up, I saw on their website it said after the trial it would charge $90 so I immediately called and cancelled (2 days after the original purchase date). When I spoke with them they said he ordered TWO different bottles and that's why they charged two and that there was another $1.95 for shipping (even though I thought the $4.95 was supposed to be the shipping charge to begin with!) We got the supplements and then 5 days later I saw a charge from [redacted] for $20.20. I didn't recognize this when I looked it up as it was for a web design company. When I called the number, the man who sounded like he was not in the USA, said that it was for the beard supplements. I complained and supposedly they are going to refund our money... I'm waiting to see if that happens. I had already reported the card to the bank as I assumed this was a fraud charge. Also, one of the bottles they completely covered a separate label for the product!!! How am I to know that what is in the bottle is actually what they say?

I ordered 1 product from this company and was sent 2 separate orders and had to deal with both of them separately. The bold print says a 30 day supply and nowhere did I see the fine print from the link it sent me to from Facebook. I was worried of being charged more than I agreed to so I visited their website and it is a good thing I did. I read about the 10 day trial +4 day shipment and having to call in to cancel to avoid being charged. I feel that 10 days is not an adequate time to see results from the product and feel forced into paying a rate to t his company for the product. Nowhere in the packaging or on the "Man card" that they send you does it speak of the return policy. After cancelling one of the products (the one I never wanted nor ordered) it says I have 30 days to return the unused product to avoid being charged full price but then gives a date it needs to be received by as being 21 days from today. This is not being truthful as a company and I will not order anything from them again. I don't even want the other order but do not know if it works or not so feel I'm forced to keep it and pay a ridiculous amount of money for it (and that was at a "reduced" rate).

Bought the free trial paid the 4.95 shipping. I used my debit card and downloaded a mobile calling app so they wouldnt have my real phone number. Called and asked customer service some questions, including whether there would be recurring charges. I was told there was and I could cancel once I got my products. 2 days later I got a call one the number I used from an Indian guy saying he was from ups and needed me to confirm all my credit card info and address and name and stuff. When I asked why he said the packages were messed up and needed me to confirm. I told him I wasn't comfortable confirming all my info over the phone. He instantly hung up and would not answer my calls. I called in for customer service again and the woman told me they DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFO. (even though he called me on the number that I only used for their company). She told me she'd cancel my subscription and let me keep the products I got for my 4.95 trial instead of having to send them back. I asked to talk to a manager and she said supervisors don't take calls. I replied by telling her I need to talk to a manager and she hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and was again told that they don't take calls. I told her I was contacting the Revdex.com and what happened with my personal information and she said she'll see if a manager was around. After 15 mins waiting on hold she told me they refunded my shipping and that in the terms and conditions it stated that they can give my information (personal and credit card) to other companies for marketing (even though this guy that called me wasn't selling anything. Just stole my info.) I told her I was contacting my lawyer and she hung up on me. This company needs shut down.

After seeing this on my f[redacted] page I was very excited about the free trial, After receiving the free trial,15 days later, my credit card was charged $100 for not canceling my subscription. I called customer service to resolve the issue but all I got was attitude,I demanded to speak to a supervisor, the rep told me there was no supervisor available and hung up in my face, I called back, the rep told me I wasn't talking to a supervisor and I needed to stop asking for a supervisor. I'm aware that customer service reps can be kind of rude..but I have never been talked to like this or treated so badly.The company took my money and told me sence I didn't cancel my subscription they charged me for the free trial, which made know sence. I don't encourage any man to purchase, try out,or even consider using there product. and the thing is I don't think the product is that bad, but there customer service and the way they treat people is ridiculous. I hope the company fails and no one using or orders there product.

What we were advising is when we tried to refund the account to resolve the concern today we received an error. The error we got we normally do not see unless the charge has already been disputed with the bank. Please let us know if you have already contacted the bank about the charge. If you have not then we can try to see what we can do by escalating the situation. We are here to resolve the concern if we are able to please advise.
