There has been no refund given. You say that I was refunded by my bank but that is a lie. I checked and I still have the charge on my account... I expect you to give a refund immediately and to stop lying about what is happening.

I purchased the "trial" bottle. No where during the purchase did it let me know that I would be charged $89.99 after 14 days. Customers service was very unhelpful and rude. After numerous attempts to get my refund they offered me a 30% refund, I declined, then offered a 50% refund. I declined, then final I said I would be filing a complaint with the B.B.B. and I then qualified for a full refund. Was told it would take up to 5 to 30 days for the refund to be back in my account depending my financial institution. So only took 5 phone calls ands numerous emails and over 3 weeks, I'll hopeful get a refund. Very bad business. Don't recommend this company. Read reviews before purchasing
