Dear Sir/MadamWe refer to the issue of customer on the invoice [redacted] .The items were sold to Mr [redacted] and we do not have any business relationship with Ms [redacted] , the complainant.The customer paid part amount by way of cash and part of the amount by debit card.We confirm having refunded the amount by check # for $ in the name of Mr [redacted] Earlier this amount was paid by him as cash.In regard the payment on debit card, we requested the customer to bring the original card to enable us to refund the amountThe customer needs to get in touch with our showroom to get the refund on card so that this issue can be over ASAP.It is pertinent to mention that due to security reasons, the merchant provider will not be able to refund the amount on the other card, which customer wants to provide.For any question please feel free to contact us.BEL Furniture

Dear Sir/MadamThe customer originally bought the mattress under invoice [redacted] on 03/25/2015.Though there was no problem with the mattress, but customer wanted an exchange and wanted to buy higher value mattressOur showroom agreed to exchange though the matttress was used for some days Looking at the % customer satisfaction we exchanged with another set of mattressThe New Invoice under reference # [redacted] for new purchase The items exactly selected by the customer were delivered Now per our customer service department the customer wants another exchange which is not possible as the mattress is in constant used for the last one and half weekPer Law the used mattress cannot be sold and in view of this fact we are unable to accept the request of customer for another exchange.As Better Business Bereau we will appreciate if you can kindly convince the customer on this aspect.ThanksBEL Furniture

Dear Sir/MadamAt the outset we like to place on record that our customer service manager called and the phone was picked up by some gentleman.He hanged the phone half way through while she was trying to give the third option, which in fact was the refund for the one of the [redacted] not liked by customer.The customer needs to go to our showroom to get the refund.We are sending a copy of this message to our showroom to provide refund for one of the [redacted] to the customer.Trust this clarifies our stand We are working to satisfy the customer.Thanks***BEL Furniture

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint because we have tried to contact Bel Furniture since day one, we both have left numerous detailed messages with our phone numbers and my wife even talked to a lady about two weeks before we deiced to report this to the Revdex.com and the lady was very rude and disrespectful to my wifeAll we want is the *** mattresses that we picked out and paid for in full they can contact us at *** we will not argue with anyone or tolerate them being rude and disrespectful to us that company should have delivered the right merchandise to us and when the delivery guys called them they should have made sure we got what we paid for that same day or the next day but we never heard from them and the only reason why they waived the delivery fee was because they could not deliver our furniture to us on the date it was guaranteed to be delivered

When was the check mailed? Where was the check mailed?Bel Furniture responded "In regard the payment on debit card, we requested the customer to bring the original card to enable us to refund the amount. AMyself and *** *** have already visited the showroom in person on 4/25/to request a refundI also contacted Bel Furniture by phone regarding this issue on 4/28/2015, 4/30/2015, and 5/7/2015BWe have already explained to Bel Furniture the original debit card has been cancelledWe already offered (in person) an alternate debit card to refund paymentSince Bel Furniture stated they could not refund a different card we offered to allow them to mail a check for the debit balanceIn my phone conversation on 4/28/and 4/30/with the headquarters Houston office I was told sending a check for the entire amount was agreeable but we still have not received a refund.4, Bel Furniture responded "It is pertinent to mention that due to security reasons, the merchant provider will not be able to refund the amount on the other card, which customer wants to provide."ASince the merchant can't refund another card, and as I said earlier the card has been cancelled, how does Bel Furniture propose to resolve this issue?BSince Bel Furniture states "for security reasons" they can't refund to another card and they refuse to refund in check, I propose another solution. Would Bel Furniture prefer that I dispute the amount charged to my debit card on 4/14/2015? We look forward to hearing from Bel Furniture, when check #*** for $was cut and mailed, and how they propose to resolve the remaining balance of $772.72Regards,
