I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Bel Furniture mentioned in their first reply that they don’t know why I refused to accept the delivery when they knew very well what happened at the time of delivery. If it is not shirking away from responsibility, then what is it? The table design that I liked was found to be to be structurally unsafe. And I don’t want to buy another piece of the same design or any other design. Reason is same, safety hazard for my kids. And even if the table is covered under manufacturer warranty, that doesn’t make it “safe”.  BEL furniture expects the customer to put their kids in danger with a table that arrived damaged. A furniture item is found to be defective and BEL furniture wants the customer to absorb the delivery costs. I understand that BEL Furniture might have paid for the delivery. But why can’t this delivery cost be charged to the manufacturer/supplier who supplied you with this table? Why is this delivery cost being forced upon me? Just because it is easier to oppress a customer? That speaks of the ethical and moral standards company operates with. Companies should stand with their customer and not with their suppliers when fully aware who is at fault here.I have already decided that I don’t want to buy furniture from BEL Furniture. I would like to get full refund without any deductions.Thank you,[redacted]

We refer to the issue of Ms. [redacted].The items were bought on 06/28/2014 under invoice # [redacted]
The customer had some issues which were taken care of by the SERVICE TECHNICIAN on 06/24/2015
Again customer complained for which the service was schedule on 12/04/2015 and later...

on rescheduled for 12/13/15.  One of the most competant technician was sent out to take care of the problem.
He talked to Mr. [redacted] ( husband of Ms. [redacted]) and was  her husband was fully satisfied with the services. Mr [redacted] informed that there were no issues whatsoever.
We are unaware of the reasons of this complaint to Revdex.com when there is no problem with the merchandise.

But BEL FURNITURE was holding on the response and responded late on my phone call. Furniture is less then year old and its under warranty from them , plus I bought 5 years extended warranty. I have the email from BEL customer service stating that they WONT fix after this final service, that is now scheduled over month from today….   1. 12 months warranty 2. Furniture have 5 years extended warranty 3. My wife and cousin show the tech that hook was broken (Tech ignore it) 4. I still have old chair that was sold to me as part of first set that was aimed damaged by BEL and I was offer re-selection. They will not accept it back (Refund was NOT an option) 5. Now they saying is out of warranty…How? 6. In fact nothing has been reported on past service notes that you, made a claim or that tech made a report on the bracket issue.  However when the parts are received we will send parts through our service tech so he can look at the bracket issue. Please make sure you are there or someone who is aware with all the concerns that you are having with this set. The service tech will make sure to look into all your concerns as long as you let him know what he needs to do. We look forward to once and for all taking care of your concerns and satisfied your needs upto where our companies policies allows us to . Once the parts are delivered and the tech services your furniture, I am informing you we will no longer keep providing service to your home without a service fee as you have been out of warranty. Regarding the reclining chair I remain in the same position, there is nothing we can do. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For one the cushions were ripped before the move which I have picture proof sent to the company email and two the cushions that I got the same as the move are torn at the seams. You havery failed to even acknowledge that fact. I've had them replaced numerous times. The couch is made of bad quality..replacing the cushion will not resolve the issue because it has kept happening.

have not spoken to anyone from bel furniture. They need to issue an immediate refund, They need to pick up their defective items immediately please. I expect a full refund including delivery charges. This is a fraudulent company. They have never contacted me I contacted then on manny occassion but it was to no avail.Revdex.com:

Dear Sir/MadamAt the outset we like to clarify that customer is being refunded  $ 519.59 not  $479.99 as claimed in her representation to Revdex.comWe arranged delivery at her residence and paid the actual delivery charges to outside contractor.  Since we already incurred delivery expenses, the refund to customer will not accepted. This will not be justified from any angle.The customer needs to check in her account today or tomorrow to get the amount available for use.  Generally it takes 48 hours to appear in the customer's credit card but from our end, the refund has already been given.Trust this clarifies.ThanksBEL Furniture.

Please advise the customer to send us the PROOF OF THE LISTING shown elsewhere.
