I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action has already been taken and the same issue arose with their REPLACED NEW SOFA. We have tested this resolution before and willing to accept the offer again. But if the same issue arises with their second replaced sofa, what does Bell propose we do? I showed the defect to the owner named NAZ at their showroom in Sugar Land TX. It has a manufacturing fault that the middle section of the 3 seater sofa starts to break from the bottom within a couple of weeks of usage. Please keep in mind the middle piece is rarely used because it does not have the recliner. One would think that early signs of damage should occur on the pieces with recliners. But this is not the case. The joint at the bottom damages the middle one because the middle section is designed to be fixed and it cannot take pressure from the side pieces reclining constantly. I am a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree from Michigan. I know what is wrong with the design. Also, when a customer is not happy, the owners should not call him and threaten to BREAK THE LEGS if he asks to come to the store. I was clearly told that if I again come to the store, my legs will be broken. I have the phone number that the call came from. May reveal to the judge if the case goes that far.

What they could have done which I asked was to give us an exchange which they did not.  Either they knew all of their inventory are made of poor quality or they discriminate us for giving us a new set or have it repaired.  Giving us a refund is easy.  What about our time and stress the ownership put us through.  I would like to have everything purchased from them returned and get full refund including the delivery charge.  I just do not want to deal with this company and have any of their products in my home. My home was a storage for them.  Also I would like to have them clean the oil mess they left on my driveway.

Looking  at the problems customer has, our company has taken a decision to pick up the furniture from customer's residence and provide refund to her for the merchandise.

CASE DELIVERY FEE will be refundable as our company has already spent amount in delivering  and will incur expense for picking up the furniture.
