The customer bought furniture items under invoice [redacted].
The part in the question has already been ordered on 02/03/16 with our [redacted] and once we have the part with us, the same will be replace.
We are not absconding from our this.  But the time has to be given for the...

part to come. We are sending a reminder to them again to expedite.
In the meanwhile we like to advise all concerned that the service was completed by our technician on 02/01/16 and the fact was revealed to us then that part needed to be replaced.  Without wasting time we immediately ordered the part on 02/03/16.
Trust we will get the part soon and customer will get the issue resolved to the fullest extent.

Dear Sir/MadamWe confirm having refunded the balance amount to the customer's original  card ending with [redacted]. At the outset we like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to customer for any reason.  At the same time we value the purchases customer made in 2015.
We will do the best possible to keep the customer satisfied.
However from the message we could not make out the problem...

with which  piece of furniture the customer has problem.  If some more information is sent to us we will certainly arrange a technician visit to get the problem addressed at the earliest.

Yes, we understand that the mattresses will be picked up tomorrow and if we are given the FULL REFUND PRICE OF THE MATTRESSES, then there will be no problem.  However that is NOT what the store representative quoted me.  She quoted the Full mattress price refund minus the $650 restock fee.  That is our issue.  We do not agree with paying a restock fee on items that were NEVER DELIVERED.  Whoever this representative is that keeps responding is not reading my messages clearly and further more is inaccurate in their understanding of the situation.

We purchased the furniture on 6/3/2016 and the listed price were lower than the purchase price. We had the website documented as proof. After the store manager heard our complaint, he agreed to refund us the difference but asked us to wait until Monday. However, instead of correcting their mistakes, he used the time to increase the listed price online to match our purchase price. And then he claimed that the price was correct. His dishonesty and cheating behavior are unacceptable. We can provide proof for that.Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  We initially purchased an item from your company to which said item collapsed very quickly under the cushions.  We went back to the store and spoke with our salesman to which he suggested we pick out something else which we did and paid the difference.  Mind you , we are not talking about a couple of hundred dollars but rather a couple of thousand dollars.To be clear , we have purchased about 20 thousand dollars from Bel Furniture in the past and was very disappointed in the quality of the last items purchased.  It took several months to get the loveseat repaired and it is still below par.  I challenge the company to show me where we were not good patrons to them.  the only thing they should be saying to us is thank you for supporting us over the years,. it saddens us that we allowed greed and biasedness' to hinder our judgement and make it sound like we are trying to "run a scam"  shame on you Bel Furniture, and no we will not withdraw our complaint.P.S.  Your own guys said we should send the set back because the recliners are crooked and the padding for the legs is deflated.  And did I mention we closed our cards???

Visited the shop and they processed the refund as a credit. The Manager that declined to process the cancellation owes and explanation about his position. The cancellation was processed by another manager. This is now resolved. Thanks for intervention into this matter.[redacted]
