The technician from Bell Brothers ([redacted]) was an excellent employee. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. I would definitely use Bell Brothers again.

Justin was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable & informative. it was refreshing and reassuring that Justin was clean cut and professional in his dress and demeanor. He explained other services Bell Brothers performs and the benefits of being a club member.

I'm not one to go on line and post, but this employee of Bell Brothers Heating and Air did such an outstanding job I had to take the time to do this. His name was Tim O. This is just one of the many tech's from Bell Brothers that I have dealt with, and he was the most thorough of all the tech's I have worked with. My wife is a 36 year business owner, this employee is doing a great job representing the company, he went out of his way to get to the bottom of our problem and to find the part, which took extra effort, and correctly install the part. Bell Brothers should be proud and honored to have such a fine young man working for them. This tech honestly cares about customer satisfaction and doing the job right. Five stars for him and the company he represents. I can honestly say that Bell Brothers guarantees customer satisfaction, and every small issue we have ran into, have been made right with us.

Called Bell Bros. in the morning and they were able to get me a time slot the afternoon of. Kevin B[redacted] came by took a look, identified the problem right away, making sure that that was it. ordered the part and was able to get the part the same day and fix my heater the day of. Very quick service, and Kevin was in expert in what he was doing. Very satisfied. I had heat again that same day!

I would like to thank the technicians Drew, Trey L. and Mike F. who installed a complete new heating and air system for my home. I was told it would take 3 days and they were able to complete it in 3 days. I know I asked Drew (lead) a lot of questions, but he was very patient and answered every question I had. The three of them have a great working relationship and showed respect for one another and towards their customer. Drew was kind enough to ask me my preference on which angle the conduit would travel on side of house. They were punctual as well everyday. Thank you!

It was a pleasure to have Yencid V[redacted] repair our heater. He was very professional and polite. He completed the job without delay. He even checked to see if the part was still under warranty, which luckily it was still covered.

I was really impressed to have [redacted] in plumbing at Bell Brothers be the focal point for my project. She coordinated the technicians from different departments working at my home. She was almost always available to talk right when I called her. She was friendly and had a positive attitude. Originally she sent a technician named Will to my home to evaluate and determine what was needed to replace my water heater system. Will arrived on time, thoroughly examined what needed to be done and patiently explained how the system works and answered my questions. It wasn't a typical system so she sent a more experienced technician named [redacted] Lee out to take a second look. [redacted] took his time to evaluate the system and make recommendations. They had spent the extra time up front making sure they understood the project entirely so that everything ran smoothly. The project took about four hours but I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Their HVAC technicians helped with my project as well. Ian arrived on time and spent about two hours evaluating my system from his point of view and offered suggestions to increasing my systems performance. All of the technicians were
friendly and showed their respect toward me and my home. I have already referred a neighbor to them.He hired them to do a major project. I will continue to use Bell Brothers in the future and recommend them to others as well.

Rudy M[redacted] was the technician who responded to fix/repair my residential water heater. He arrived within the appointed date and time, evaluated the situation and worked out a solution. He noted a part failure on the water heater, contacted the manufacturer and ascertained the part in question was under warranty. He contacted the company who manufactured the part and had them overnight the part to my home. He advised me to call Bell Bros. service number when the part arrived at my residence. I did as he instructed and my water heater was back in service by 2:30 PM the very next day. Mr M[redacted] is a real professional who looked, acted, and worked the part. Many thanks

Yencid V[redacted] did an amazing job checking my HVAC system. He even changed my filter for me! And vacuumed the attic around the heating system.
Yencid was so very nice and made sure I understood what he was doing and why.

Bell Brothers has added an plumbing component and when I had an issue with my plumbing the representative who helped me ,Rudy M., was really great.

Technician Justin L. is a knowledgeable, professional, courteous and non-smoking individual that is a pleasure to have service my air conditioning and heating. The monthly service plan is an excellent investment and gives me peace-of-mind. I am SO glad I found this reputable company and am grateful to Justin for doing such a fine job.

We had Bell Brothers replace our 30+yr HVAC with a brand-new energy efficient system. Their design consultant Gene H. came to our house about 2 weeks before the actual installation date and did a very thorough assessment of our home's existing installation. Not only did he get into the attic and crawl space under the house to check on the condition old ducts, but also he measured all of our windows and glass doors to estimate heat escape area of our tri-level home. He also checked the main circuit braker box in preparation for the actual installer's visit. He was very professional, courteous, informative and really tried to understand our needs with regards to a new system. The installer team, Nick M. and Josh C., came early in the morning of a very hot summer day in Rancho Cordova, CA. and were able to complete all installation and needed duct replacement in about 8 hrs. Both were extremely professional, worked efficiently and expertly. They made sure to place drop cloths in the work areas and performed complete replacement of our old furnace and outdoor AC without any accidents. They did a thorough clean up of the premises after the job was completed and hung around until the California Title 24 inspector completed his work. In all, we are very pleased with the entire experience and most importantly, the new HVAC system works great! From their service technician to design consultant to installer, Bell Brothers have demonstrated a truly professional team that performed quality work and were after our satisfaction as a customer.

This morning (Wed., Sept. 16, 2015) Patrick P[redacted], Maintenance Technician, performed the six-month service maintenance on our relatively new Bryant exchange unit (air conditioner and gas furnace). I was very impressed with Patrick's thorough inspection of the exchange unit. He completed his inspection in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, Patrick was extremely courteous, and answered all of my questions about the exchange unit. At the conclusion of his inspection, Patrick provided me with needed "technical assistance" as to how to better operate our Honeywell Lyric thermostat. In summary, Patrick is a very knowledgeable maintenance technician. Bell Bros. is extremely fortunate to have him on their team!
