The technician - Yencid V[redacted] - sent out by Bell Brothers arrived at our home on- time as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our air conditioning system, and carefully explained the options to us for addressing the problem we had. He had the issue sorted out in no time at all. We commend him for his efficiency, knowledge and pleasant manner.

Had A/C problems and a technician came out on Monday stated the problem was fixed, I was very happy then 2 days later it went fixed it again and out again. Contacted the office and was told they would get someone out asap. Eric R. showed up 20 minutes later and found the problem and fixed it again, I advised him that's what the last technician said Eric explained what had happened and assured me is was fix correctly now.

My installation technicians, Jose G., Darryl, and Simon were knowledgable , displayed much interest in getting the job right, and were courteous through the entire process.

This team was efficient. They demonstrated their expertise and professionalism and were easy to work with.

We had an Air conditioning check up by Louchio. This man went above and beyond expectations both in his servicing of out unit and his pleasant disposition. We would recommend both him and Bell brothers.

Installation over the past two days of our new HVAC system was outstanding! Nick and Josh were polite, friendly, and professional! They answered anything we asked and were helpful with instructions and info around the new system. Well done! We really appreciated their work and they were always on time and considerate! THANKS!

Bell Brothers was so great! The technician was dressed professionally in uniform; he was respectful and cleaned up after preforming the work. He went above and beyond my expectations. This customer WOULD recommend the Bell Brothers to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

I was unable to located the rep we had from the website. Mitch S[redacted] (design consultant) was phenomenal. Every suggestion he had was exactly what we were looking for. He showed a level of caring that you don't get very often these days. He was concerned about the safety of our family and each upgrade we discussed had that basis for every decision. We were incredibly impressed and would recommend Bell Bros- especially Mitch S[redacted] to anyone looking for heating and air/ windows- etc.

Our A/C stopped working. We had another company come out first as we don't really like how Bell Bros always tries to sell you their service plan. However, the first company said the repair would cost $3,000 and take 20 days to get the part. We called Bell Bros to get a 2nd opinion, which they did for free. They said that of the 3 things the first company wanted to fix, only 1 thing was truly necessary. He had it fixed 2 days later for $670. Even though we feel their service plans are gimmick-y, we decided to go for it this time as it gave us a price break on the part and we do in fact need the services the plan provides. I appreciate them calling the day off the service to give me a better time estimate. They were fast, much cheaper and got it fixed with no problem.

Review: Bell Brothers installed a new water heater on 11/26/14. They pulled a permit from the County of Sacramento. I live in a mobile home so they need to obtain the permit from HCD. Finally at the end of May 2015, I obtained the permit from Bell Brothers. I called HCD on 6/1/2015 and it was inspected that day and did not pass inspection. On 6/18/2015 the repairs to the water heater were made. I was advised by the inspector and it is on their report to Bell Brothers that repairs are to be made within 20 days, a new permit pulled and another inspection made.I called HCD yesterday and they have no record of a new permit.Someone from Bell Brothers returned my call yesterday and I was expecting a return call and so far nothing.This has been my response from Bell Brothers to MANY of my calls.They charged me $1875.00 for this water heater and that is supposed to be a discounted rate as I am a club member.A few weeks later, my neighbor had a new water heater installed for a total price of $1000.00. He obtained the permit, it was inspected and the installation all completed within a 2 week time period. I am unable to get Bell Brothers to resolve this issue and I don't know what other recourse I have.Desired Settlement: I would like them to obtain the permit so I can get this issue resolved.Needless to say I have cancelled my membership with Bell Brothers and I would not recommend them for plumbing, heating or air conditioner service.

I just finished having a Puronics water softener installed and a tankless water heater. Carlos M and Omar R did an outstanding job. The job took three days and Carlos and Omar showed up on time all three days. They worked very hard and were very efficient and clean. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions throughout the process. When there seemed to be a problem they quickly and expertly explained what the issue was and resolved it in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Bell Brothers for any plumbing needs and would like to thank Carlos and Omar for the fabulous work they did.

Rudy M[redacted] was our service technician and was very prompt. We explained the problem and he was quick to resolve our issue and went further to explain how to insure we did not encounter it again. He went over and above to show us how to fix another problem and offered to advise us if we had a problem. We did and he did.

Bell Brother's technication, Hector L., has been servicing our HVAC system for several years now. He is efficient, thorough, personable and very knowledgeable. He provides advice on how to minimize use of the system and proper thermostat settings for power savings. He also provides insight to the future longevity of our system.

We had our routing Heating and Air Check and Eric noticed our plug had some black around the prong and when he removed it from the wall it sparked a bit. It was a simple repair that could have saved us from having a home fire. I appreciate the detail he took in reviewing our unit and picking up this issue.

Excellent customer service provided by three employees from Bell Brothers, Kyle, Peter and Colin. Very professional and excellent teamwork. They kept me informed on the status of the project and they arrived on time. You don't find this type of service very often any more and it was appreciated.
