Nick O. and Jeffrey D. just replaced the evaporative cooler coil under warranty. Both techs were very knowlegable and profesional and looked and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them and Bell Brothers!!!!

Very impressed by Danny. He is very professional and took care of my needs without any question. He is also very knowledgeable and curious.

We started with a spring tune up special, that lead to issues with our A.C. unit.

After three calls and different technicians we had Robert Flores come in and pretty much fixed the issues and redeemed Bell Brothers reputable "No surprise guys" logo.

Robert went over what he found and was very thorough with his explanation and fixed our problem. We have had many services by Bell Brothers on our previous home and recently purchased a water softener and water heating unit for our new home through Bell Brothers because of the reputation we have had with previous services. Nothing is without a glitch, but knowing if they make mistakes they have the righ person for the job to make it right!

Barry W. was kind, courteous and answered all my questions regarding my AC inspection. I stay with Bell Brother's because of their customer service. It is excellent and has been every year for the past 10 years I've done business with them.

Great consumer service from Nick M and Anthony M from Bell Brothers. This was the first new A/C system we had to purchase. They were very profession and answered all of our questions. They did a great job installing our new A/C.They took the time to inform us what was happening as well. I would recommend them. Also Jesus with Bell Brother was great. He took the time to explain the problems with our previous A/C. Excellent service from everybody.

Bobby Y[redacted] was the service tech today (June 29, 2016) and he did a great job figuring out what was wrong with the air conditioning. He even got it fixed enough to get us by these next hot days until the new part can be delivered and the unit can be really put back into good shape.

Kevin B. of Bell Brothers took care of my faulty capacitor in about an hour. He arrived on time and I received several communications that he was coming ahead of his arrival. When Kevin showed up, he diagnosed the problem in minutes, let me the know the potential cost and fixed it on the spot. He looked at my split system and was informative. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Ed L[redacted] from Bell Brothers Heating came to our house on 4/28/16 for our spring air conditioning tune up. He thoroughly checked our system and did a great job. We needed a small part that was covered under the warranty. Ed is very friendly, professional and thorough. He even glued a large piece of insulation that had come loose to our hatch door for us. The Bell Brothers technicians are the best in our opinion.

Humberto arrive promptly, ready to get to the bottom of our air conditioning issues, he was courteous and very informative.

Luis R[redacted] from Bell Brothers fixed my A/C with professionalism and courtesy. He arrived early, explained to me the problems, and outlined my solutions. He fixed my A/C on the spot without delay and left with cool air running through my house.

We need attic insulation and Kevin B. from Bell Brothers came to our home to check it out. He did a great job in answering all of my questions.

Humberto came out today and fixed a dead air conditioner. He was great. Showed me the problem, we discussed all the options, and helped me make an informed decision. Definitely NOT a high pressure sales pitch for a new system (which is what I expected). The response time was great as was his professionalism. Great job!!!

Our experience with Bell Brothers and Samuel B. & Luis Q./Installation Technicians was very satisfying and extremely impressive. The Installation Technicians were very knowledgeable as well as extremely polite. The installation was excellent. The visual sight of their work was wonderful. ExBeautiful work. The system works excellent.

I had Ezequel, Sergio and Robert J as my Technicians...They were professional, answers all my (and my family questions), arrived timely all three days. The job was done on time. We had a small issue that was resolved after it was brought to their attention.

My family and friends all think I was over charged, but I am happy with my service and product.

Bell Brothers sent out their maintenance technician (Sammi M.) in 107 degree heat today, July 26, 2017. We have had Bell Brothers technicians work on our AC unit about once a year for the past 5 years. Bell Brothers is always professional, courteous, and straight forward about what does or does not need to be repaired/replaced. Sammi M. was very honest, knowledgable and efficient. I would recommend Bell Brothers to anyone looking for AC needs in the Sacramento area.

I have a maintenance contract with this company and have found that the technicians they employ to date; and, in this instance, Colin S[redacted], provide excellent service. I'm extremely happy with his professional approach,, on-time schedule and meticulous care in keeping the area clean. He took care with my floors, removed a dirty air filter (which I had forgotten about) and replaced it with a spare.

Thank you so much to Bell Brothers and specifically Luis [redacted]. Luis is a kind and professional technician. All other technicians should strife to give the service that Luis provides. He is excellent at communicating any issues and educating his clients on what exactly he is looking at and doing. I learned a lot about my own air conditioning system during the short time Luis was here. He showed me how the system works and what he was doing to test it. I really appreciated the time he took even though the service call was going to be free since this was actually a second opinion that I was getting. The "technicians" that looked at my system before Luis stated that I would have to have the whole thing replaced at a cost of $4,500.00. Instead Luis undid everything that these frauds did and fixed my air conditioning at no cost.
