We had our routing Heating and Air Check and Eric noticed our plug had some black around the prong and when he removed it from the wall it sparked a bit. It was a simple repair that could have saved us from having a home fire. I appreciate the detail he took in reviewing our unit and picking up this issue.

Tim was very courteous and professional. All of Bell Bros. technicians have been the same.

Ron and his crew did an excellent job installing our windows, leaving everything moved back and vacuumed. They showed us how the windows worked. I would recommend them to anyone. The only problem I had was the scheduling. When we ordered them, they give you an approximate date of installation. That was a month out, but they confirmed on Sat. for a Monday install from 7-9 am. Monday came and at 8 am they called to say that they would have to push it out to 10-1pm. They called at noon and said the windows didn't come in & would have to reschedule. They should never have even confirmed without the product and rescheduled it Sat when they originally called to confirm. Other than that, nothing but praises for Jeffery the salesman and the crew who installed them. Thank you!

The technician, Mr. H[redacted], was on time, courteous, and professional. He explained the likely cause of the problem, after being told what the symtoms were, and explained what he was doing as he was doing it during the maintenance. He tested the system several times after performing the maintenance, and the system performed flawlessly.

I highly recommend Bell Brothers. I bought an older home and needed a complete replacement of my HVAC, ductwork, and installation. They have made it such a stress-free process. All of the employees have been professional, respectful and friendly on top of their outstanding knowledge and skill-set every step of the way. Jose G. and Darryl H. were great at keeping me posted on their progress and what to expect next. They were very hardworking and I felt immediately comfortable having them working in my home. I love the quality of service and workmanship I've gotten from Bell Brothers.

Bell Brothers installed a new heating and air system in our house replacing an older system. They were on time and provided professional install service. We are very happy with their service and our new system. Our installers were Gary, Rickey, Christian, and Brent. Mike S[redacted] provided the system design and sales service.

[redacted]. arrived on 1/14/16 on time and replaced leaking coils on my recently purchased system under warrant, no charge. Great Job!

I had a wonderful experience with Bell Brothers. The two technicians, Samuel K and Ernesto C were prompt, courteous and went above and beyond to install my new air conditioner properly, which apparently the previous owner had not done. Thank you!!!!
