Bell Brothers was so great! The technicians were so nice! They came to replace our whole duct system, air conditioner and furnace, well it turned into a long 2 day job. They went about above and beyond our expectations. They were also very patient with there being 3 young children in the house who were running around and needed naps.

The service technician was as nice, pleasant and informative as all the rest of the Bell Bros. techs I have had the pleasure of meeting. I recommend Bell Bros. all the way around!

Review: on june 9 2014 a bell bros technician came to my residence to perform a summer inspection and tuneup on my airconditioning unit. when the technician left he assured me that everything looked in good shape and all in good shape. the next day I noticed water dripping from the ceiling ofthe bathroom directly below the attic unit. I called bell bros and was told someone would call meback shortly. tha was wednesday, june 11. I have yet to receive a return phone call to at leastto assess the validity of my concerns. there was no problem with leakage before the technician'svisit.mymy unit is only 6yrs old.Desired Settlement: all I ask of bell brothers is to come out to see what happened. ihave no heating and air skillsso I do not know what to look for.

Company came out and resolved the issue.

Chevy V. was professional and courteous. He automatically new what was the cause of my issue and worked on rectifying the problem.

[redacted]. from Bell Brothers came to check my furnace since it was not working very well. When he checked it, he found that it was a very old model and was a safety issue. He told me about the programs they had to replace the furnace and the air conditioning unit and the different options I had to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. I felt comfortable talking to him. I would like to thank him for being so nice.

Just had the team put in an entire HVAC system. They did such a wonderful job in 2 days. Impressive work! Installing furnace, A/C, registers, ductwork, etc. And they cleaned up the place, too! WOW!!! I can hardly wait to use the HVAC and to see how energy efficient it can be. Thank you Josh, Samuel, Nick, and Daniel! Great job!!!

Service Technician Garrett V. did our seasonal service on our HVAC today, what a pleasant and professional young man. We feel he went above and beyond what was a basic service. We will continue to do business with Bell Brothers for all of our household services they provide.

On time, courteous and did a very good job.

My Service Technician was Ian H[redacted]. He gave excellent service. He was very efficient and very professional.

the technician, Nick, was efficient. well mannered, cleaned up after his work, and identified areas that were of concern. Gave suggestions on maintenance and made himself available for future questions.

[redacted]., & [redacted]. custom built a plenum for my HVAC unit. They were very skilled, professional, and congenial. They did an amazing job with difficult logistics. They invested the time and attention to detail that resulted in a high quality, well designed plenum. Not only did they solve my unique HVAC problem, but saved me money in the process, and I am appreciative of their efforts. These guys rock!!!! :}

Great Company, replaced heating unit in my home, very professional in everything they did. Very pleased, with their work. Arrived on time, Finished job on time, Cleanup, very professional, Thanks Bell Bros Team!!!

This is my Yelp review of 04/11/14:
Pros and Cons
Pro; semi emergency since PGE turned off furnace after gas smell outside (not inside) the home. Able to get next day appt.
Con; expensive diagnostic fee ($80). They don't credit the diagnostic fee into the repair fee, like others do.
BIG CON; [redacted]'s attitude was terrible. Explained what PGE tech said to me. [redacted] testing fittings and said no leak, I told him that PGE detected smell of gas outside not inside.
[redacted] called supervisor and told me that maybe they can't fix it or won't be responsible for fixing it. Then he told his supervisor that I told him a story that makes no sense.
The story was wrong.
I corrected [redacted]; that I was just relaying info from PGE. Then I had to ask him to remove the furnace/blower cover to check inside. I asked lots of questions about OTHER parts (control valve, pvc pipe crack) that could be wrong (googled hvac the night before).
He said " I don't have to take this, I'm out of here".
I had to tell him I wasn't mad at him, so that he didn't leave.
Finally found the problem with broken gas control valve (which is what I asked [redacted] initially). $ 500 later.
Then he tried to sell me the monthly plan. Ugh.
Probably wont use them again.
This is my Yelp update 04/16/14:
Okay, so it's fixed right?
No hot water on Sat am (next day), pilot light out.
Turned on heater, to check it. Son smelled gas. Turned off heater and called PGE and Bell Bros.
Bell Bros wanted to charge another $80 diagnostic fee. UGH!!!
After a few calls, they relented and said that they would come for free.
PGE came out and said that Bell bros must not have flushed the line or lit the pilot light after they turned the gas back on. Double UGH!!
PGE checked everything, burned off the excess gas in the pipe and lit the pilot light.
Now it's all good.

Great experience with our most recent interaction with Bell Brothers.
Colin S[redacted] was our go to on this job - coming for a quote, signing paperwork and leading the install. He is confident, friendly and answered any questions that came up. He has been one of my favorite techs since we have been with the company.
Peter assisted Colin on the job today and was kind as well.
Adam led the repair of the drywall and was so friendly and ensured we had the proper paint to fix the small area.

Very efficient team installed my new furnace & HVAC system. They were on time (7am) & got to work. Everything was done by 8 pm; including 1st inspection. Men were respectful & pleasant to have around; when I had questions, no matter who I asked, I got a good response.

Patrick P. from Bell Brothers was on time, very courteous and professional. I was very happy with the service he provided today.

The level of service and time to propose a replacement system for my AC condenser & coil was by far the best customer experience in comparison to a few other companies. I would feel confident having Bell Brothers do the install should I choose to accept their proposal.

I had a complete new heating and air conditioning system installed today in my house by Bell Brothers employees Jose G., S[redacted], Luis, and Gary. All of them did an outstanding job. They worked very hard for over 12 hours, were pleasant, and were careful to ensure neatness and cleanliness in my house. The quality of their work was definitively superior.

I was very pleased with the through effort in explaining options, to installing the system and taking care of not making a mess and at the end when the had to build a lattice fence to replace the solid one, they stayed until 8pm to complete the job and did a wonderful job.
