An appointment was made. Prior to set appointment a call was made to confirm time of arrival.

Service Technician came, introduced himself, checked out what was needed and wore "booties" when in my house.

A thorough report was made as to status of equipment and recommendations.

He was polite.

Fidel G[redacted], Maintenance Tech, and Frank H[redacted] (he was shadowing Fidel) came to my home on 8/17/16 to do the first service check on my new heating and ac unit from Bell Brothers. They were very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. They completed the service check in a reasonable amount of time. I was happy to hear that my units are operating at optimum efficiency. They answered the questions I had in a professional manner. They did an outstanding job! Those I have had contact with from Bell Brothers , either in person or on the phone, have always been helpful, polite, and very professional.

My experience with Bell Brothers has been very good over the years. My recent experience having Adam come out to complete the sheet rock work was great. He was willing to come late in the evening and stay until the job was done in order to help us meet our timeline needs for other projects. He was flexible with our circumstances, polite, and professional. The work was well done.

I had a whole HVAC system replaced by Samuel K, Scott L and Andrew P. They did it all in one day, did a great job, cleaned up after, explained everything and were very pleasant.

I can't imagine an experience going that well considering that there were challenges with an old house.

Kevin Braskamp was the technician that came out and I'm glad he did. My system was so old its a wonder I never got sick from it. He was able to point out significant problems that the old unit displayed and recommended several ways to correct the problem. He was able to establish what my needs were and gave me several options. Once the options were picked out and I knew what my costs were going to be, Kevin was able to provide me with several more options to finance the deal. He searched for rebates and discounts for my particular situation. He found me 0 percent financing thats right Zero percent for 36 months. This was an expensive project for me and i'm glad Kevin was here to provide me with his professional opinion on which way to go. We had the whole project surveyed, designed and financed for in just a couple of hours. He did a super job with me on my project and has been doing so with Bell Bros. company for ten years.

Marc was very professional and a real help to us in the heat. He worked for over an hour in direct sunlight, with the temp of around 97 degrees with a positive friendly attitude.

Sammi J M[redacted], technician was on time, extremely professional and courteous. He explained and showed me the part that was failing in my air conditioning unit. Sammi spoke to me on my level which I appreciated very much. This is my first experience with Bell Brothers and because of Sammi, I will be calling them for all my future needs in plumbing heating and a/c. I also feel that what I was charged for the service call and part was reasonably priced.

I had an HVAC system installed last Friday. Bell Brother's installers were on time and finished the job by mid-afternoon. I am pleased with their efforts.

John T[redacted] from Bell Brothers was my technician for Service Maintenance on my AC. I was very impressed with the service and basic information he provided. In the future I will request him to provide all my service maintenance.

Barry showed up early (called to see if it was ok). He explained everything he did and why. He was polite and knowledgeable. He did not rush. He impressed me enough that I went ahead and signed up for the club membership for the yearly service.

I have nothing but good experiences with Bell Brothers. Both Matt H[redacted] and Brian S[redacted] were very professional, informative, easy to communicate with, answered my questions and very polite. I would recommend Bell Brothers to anyone based on my encounters and the service I received.

I was very happy with Bell Brothers and the service technician who came to my house (Richard E..) He was very polite and very informative on questions I had . He took the time to explain what he would be doing on my A/C unit . I have more service work to complete and I am requesting for Richard to return and do the work . Bell Brothers is a good company as I will continue to do business with them . They do care about there customers ..

Great service and customer experience. I appreciated a live person answers the phone and lets you know when the technician will be at your home. Then the technician calls prior to arrival. You always know what is going on and the price before anything is done. No surprises - always fair and honest.

Bell Brothers installed a new Furnace & A/C unit as well as a new Water Heater at the same time. Technician Barry W responded to the original service call and Techs Nat W and Zack M installed the new Furnace & AC. Larry V installed the water heater. Patrick A processed our quote and performed the site assessment.

Overall our experience with Bell Brothers has been absolutely impeccable in every way. The phone call service, follow up communications and overall experience with the company has been excellent.

The technicians have ALL been extremely courteous, professional and detail oriented.

I work in the commercial facility management industry, so I can honestly say that I have very high standards that I expect my vendors to maintain. Bell Brothers may work mostly within the residential market place, however they live up to my expectations in every way.

As a family owned and operated business, Bell Brothers exhibits an above average customer service platform that some commercial companies could learn a thing or two from. I would add that all of the employees that I had the pleasure of interacting with hold The Bell Brothers Company in high regard. To me, the measure of the employee satisfaction tells the story "behind the curtain" that further validates my experience.

In my opinion, the Bell Brothers Organization can be summarized by any one of the following words: Trustworthy, Honest, Dedicated and/or Excellent, take your pick.
