I am rejecting this response because: The messages they left were to get an estimate to replace the unit. There was not large amounts of oil. There was a large amount after they broke off the nozzle though. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and they flaked out. I called and they said I think it was [redacted] would call me right back and he never did. With summer coming up I could not wait around cause we already needed out heater after they broke it. Looks like I'm not going to get anything out of this claim so was there a review place on your site that I can fill out on no surprise guys? Thanks

I apologize it is not a clearer copy. It is a carbon copy piece of paper which does not always scan well. It is not in our possession yet to mail out. I hope to have it next week to mail to the customer.

Consumer called saying the inspection had passed and complaint can now be closed as resolved.

Bell Bros Plumbing, Heating and Air went out to [redacted]' residence on 8/27/15 because her water heater was not staying lit. The plumbing technician found that her water heater was at least 11 years old in a very dirty outside closet filled with cobwebs and dust. He determined that the...

gas control and pilot assembly were bad and needed to be replaced. He quoted Ms. [redacted] the price of $741 to replace the parts and went over the option of replacing the entire water heater with a new one due to the age and conditions of it. Ms. [redacted] decided to go with the repair. The technician came back on 8/29/15 and replaced the parts. He had to shut the temperature and pressure valve off to replace the parts and then determined that the valve was also broken. Bell Bros has a policy not to touch the temperature and pressure valve on an old water heater unless absolutely necessary because there is a high risk of it leaking. This is why we did not know the valve was not working on the initial visit. Our technician then gave Ms. [redacted] the option of replacing the valve for $271 and she said she wanted to have it replaced. Another plumbing technician came out to replace the valve on 9/3/15 and Ms.. [redacted] became irate and told the plumber to leave. The plumbing manager called Ms. [redacted] on 12/21/15 in regards to this complaint with the Revdex.com. she claimed that she didn't know about the complaint and Bell Bros needed to talk to her brother, Ralph [redacted], who handles everything for her. She said that he was in Mexico on vacation for the week and would not be home until Monday 12/28/15. The plumbing manager attempted to call Mr. [redacted] on 12/28/15 and left a message on his home number.

I don't agree with the "neglect" statement, however I can agree to this solution as long as a different technician does the needed repair. I would also, propose the contacts be replaced and I would pay the net price of the contacts and deduct the $79.95 from that labor cost. Just a thought, I will await their response.

Fidel G[redacted] did a fantastic job communicating throughout our service call. He introduced his observer, Frank and was very clear when describing the service being done and the work required.

Ryan M[redacted] provided excellent customer service. He was very thorough and very informative. And his knowledge about heating and air conditioning systems was very impressive!

Richie S[redacted] was very professional. Serviced our HVAC and explained everything. Probably saved us problems in the near future with our AC.
We really are impressed with Bell Brothers and would recommend them to anybody.

The technician Fidel G. arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. He was courteous and went over the procedures concisely answering my questions. He pointed out the problems and offered solutions to help solve the situation. I would recommend Bell Brothers service again.

A group of gentlemen installed a new heating/air conditioning system today to replace my worn out one. They were courteous, friendly and made sure they explained what they were doing and cleaned up the area after. I have been using them for annual service for a few years now and even tho they were a little higher in price, the service is very good so I stayed with them.

Fidel was very professional & thorough. We appreciated his attention to detail.

Bobby Yang, Service Technician, was professional, helpful, polite, thorough, careful, and, generally, did a good job.

Bell Brothers installed energy efficient windows and sliding doors on July 21 and 22, 2016. They did an excellent job, was very detailed. Job took 2 full days. Major improvement from the cheap windows installed by the builder. The Bell Brothers crew was Geraldo, Sal, Jake, Oscar, Anthony, and Jonathan.

Ryan of Bell Brothers was very thorough, friendly and helpful. Did a good job.

On time, well trained, personable. They have your best interests in mind and know how to build loyalty. Fidel, our most recent tech, was terrific.

Yencid V[redacted] gave us extraordinarily good service. He was, of course, fast and efficient, but also his attitude of care for the customer convinced us that Bell Brothers was a good company to do business with. We had not been completely convinced of this before Yencid took care of the problem that had lingered.

Kevin arrived to our house as expected, later in the early evening. This visit was to follow up on the morning visit from Humberto who came out to diagnose our A/C issues. Unfortunately (for us) we are looking to purchase a new A/C Unit. Kevin was very pleasant and patiently gave us all the information we needed to make a wise decision without being pushy.
