This company is a total rip off on every levelEven when I canceled my membership within the perimeters of the agreement, my account was still charged $The customer service person is not at all helpful and this is obviously a scamStay away from this company!!!

I was led to believe that I was getting a free trial period of day for their priduct and that I could cancel any further charges by calling the number I would get via email AND regular I never got either so I had no way to cancel After days I had $taken out of my accountI should have known better When I questioned them about they had no answer for why I did not get any cancellation info They had my correct email address...obviously they had my correct mailing address (I received my "free trial package) It was a scam!

Please see attachments for proof of shipment received on August 24, signed by a L LuisAlso please see other attachment a print screen from Bella At Home refund web site stating within days not daysWhich proves advertising and them lying about not receiving my package which not only the box was covered on all sides and top and bottom with the RMA # as well as the FedEx label which you can clearly see on the FedEx shipment statement

It's impossible to first time customer to see terms and conditions of offerAll links on site not working

This company is deceiving to customersThey say they will send you a risk-free sample of their product to try - you just have to pay S&HOnce you get it, you cannot use it because you have to cancel and return it to them or they will charge you $for itThe return shipping to send it back is not reimbursedSo now I have not even gotten to try a new product and have paid $and gone through so much trouble all because they are liars to innocent peopleI went ahead and looked at the Revdex.com for them and they have an "F" rating! I don't know why I didn't think to do that before ordering the "free sample", oh wait, yes I do, because I believed them when they said it was a risk-free trial sampleWATCH OUT EVERYBODY! I read product reviews on it as well and people who actually used it, and got charged a hundred bucks (unlike me) said that it doesn't even work! Lesson learned I guess do not trust companies when they say risk-free trial

I went onto Consumer life style website and there was a big ad that was about a Mom who combined two dental whitening products because she was teacher on a low salary that needed sometrhing inexpensiveThese companies Were DENTAL PRO and WHITENING FASTThey offered a one week supply of each product for $ eachI ordered it and never saw, read or was informed I was entering into an automatic buying club where they were going to ship these products to me every month unless I cancelled within daysThey charged my credit card for $days later Don't buy from Dental Pro or Whitening Fast This is a scam! The address for Dental Pro is in Boulder ColoradoWHitening Fast in Phoenix Arizina and their call centoer is ion North Las VegasThey ripped me and countless others off for over $eachI have reported them to Ebay I have reported them to my bank I am going onto every rip off website I am contacting AMazon and anyone else who lets them advertiseI am going to see if any interstate laws about fraud have been broken and go after them if they haveBeware of these people! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

This is a scamI thought I was getting a product ed for a discounted priceAfter processing it said after days I would be enrolled in a trip and billed monthly for the productIt said this could be cancelled through the websiteI used the way cancle option and it said my credit card would only be billed once for a price I had never agreed toI called this business and they said because I already 'cancelled' the account online they could not override this and I will be charged for the product I was trying to cancel it minutes after I ordered it, and they refused to cancelled the charge or give me a full refund
