2014 and shipped your package the next dayThe terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a one week trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that “you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $ten days from the date of your order processing for the product.” Our purchase terms also specify that if you cancel your account within the trial period you will be required to return the included day supply within days of the cancelation date.These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our productAdditionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed toWhen you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you had read and agreed to the terms of the offerWhen a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually done what they are stating they didIf there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist youAccording to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancelation of your account was on March 3, when you used our online cancelation systemAt the time you canceled your account, we issued you a return merchandise authorization number so you could return your shipment to avoid any further charges. Using this method, you would have incurred no charges for the product. You were given all return instructions over the phone and through a follow up emailYou were also told that the product needed to be received by March 18, 2014.You were sent the following email outlining our return procedure:Dear ***,This email is being sent to confirm that your account is cancelledYou will no longer receive charges or shipmentsThe Trial portion of the product is yours to keepIf you do not wish to be charged for the included Complete Program portion of the shipment, then that portion of the shipment must be returned to us unopened and undamaged by the due date belowReturns will not be recognized without an RMA numberYour RMA number is ***This is valid for only one packageYour package must be received back to our warehouse before 2014-03-to avoid being charged $for the Complete ProgramPlease write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping package. This company is dishonestAfter requesting a trial offer on November 14, 2015, I received the product on November 20, days before the trial off was to expireI contacted the company on 11/22/at 9:am and was told they would extend my trial offer, but if I wanted to cancel to do so by 12/3/I went online and cancelled the trial offer on their website on 12/2/at 9:28am and saved a copy of the cancellation for my recordsI was given instruction on how to return the merchandise which must be received by 12/17/I mailed the merchandise on 12/8/I did everything requested in a timely manner and was still charged full price of $ten days after the deadline for them to receive the returned product
I called today 1/11/after seeing the charge on 12/27/of $and requested to be refunded as I did everything according to their instructionThey told me I never contacted to cancel my subscriptionThey have no record of itI told them I can prove that I cancelled and they wouldn't accept thatThey still would not refund the $Instead, they offered to return 30% of the $and when I still stated that it's not my fault they claim to not have record of my cancellation, I was then offered a 60% refund and that was their final offer
This company is unethical, dishonest and I would not recommend anyone using them!

I want to say, I'm amazed at how fast you changed your tune, processing my refund I gather you did not care for me turning you and your business practices in to the Revdex.com Thank you for my money, but why are you still lying I noticed that you did not mention in your reply, how you send your order out as if from two separate companies and try to charge the same way How you tried to charge me again for my one order for another $92.+ Causing my card to be shut off, which cost hundreds of dollars to get straightened out The thing is, doing business online is iffy I'm not in front of the person I am doing business withI have no control over what they enter into their computer All transactions can be editedThere are a few things that we can not do One thing, is change the records for our phone, the calls I made or receivedAnother thing is I can not make somebody else run their business honestly I have my phone records as to the dates I have the purchase receipts, conformation emails I have my credit account records and I have a copy of the original ad from facebookI have your employee names and dates as to when I called with notes on each one I also have (four) refund conformation numbers - of which only one is good I am sorry that you cheated and lied and stole when doing business with me, but this is not from what I did or did not do No, this is all behind the things that you did and the consequences of those actions If you think that the things I have said about what you have done to me are badThen maybe you should check out the reviews and complaints made by many, many others - you do have an "F" business rating you know Sorry to have ever seen your ad, but glad I now know who and what you are

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did get a return authorization from the company, but I did not order their product from their website - I used a link through ***A company SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED hide a monthly membership in the terms and conditions knowing damn well that no one reads themPlus, they gave me days to respond if I wanted to cancel but I received the product after the days! Yes they got me - they got me good, but my complaint is to hopefully have the Revdex.com stop companies from operating like this

By the time one realizes he has been scammed, the product has been opened and part of it if not all used upIf there is anything left, they charge a restocking fee.Their sister company, Blizzard White, did the same thingSeven days after I received the product, they charged me $94.31.Is there any way these companies can be stopped?

I reject the business's response because I immediately returned the items they sent me that I did not orderI did not send it return receipt which they are certainly taking advantage of Absolutely despicable
