I called 9/and was told a person would come out the next dayHowever, that person never came so my son had to call them back and they eventually sent out xxxxxHe got to my home around and went above and beyond the call for the job

Ben Franklin provided prompt and reliable service Our technician *** *was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable He worked clean and considered his surroundings The price for the value received was great Forrest showed a level of expertise which was very impressive

I called one morning with our hot water tank leaking across the basement floor They sent a technician out, in the early afternoon He was polite and pleasant Since I did not want to wet vac every few hours all day and night, he drained our tank, shut off the electricity and water source, connected the house water supply to our furnace (as a temporary fix-hallelujah!) and provided an estimate for a replacement tank, so we could consider the expense involved Overall a great service call

I've been with Ben Franklin Plumbing for a number of years They have always been professional, competent, and a company I trust to do the job the right way James J*** ** was here yesterday for the annual review, and he did a fantastic job He fixed my water pressure problems and checked the system meticulously He is a great guy and a professional plumber, and I am glad he is with Ben Franklin

These guys were fantastic! We had them out multiple times for a variety of projectsThey were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring when we had an awfully trying weeks

I had a leak under the garage slab and called to see if it could be located and fixedMike was sent out the next day and found where the leak wasHe then spent the rest of the day (about hrs) working on getting to the leakHe got here the next morning and and jack-hammered almost the whole day first with the smaller hammer and then with a bigger oneHe then spent hours trying to fix the leak because it was next to the foundation and he didn't want to ruin my new wood floor by coming insideHe fixed the leak and did an outstanding jobHe was cool and calm throughout the ordealThe job was excellentIf I could give this company stars out of it still wouldn't be enoughNote to Ben Franklin: You have a winner in Mike!!!!

My experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing have been very good They come when they say they will come (even coming out very late on a Saturday afternoon despite me scheduling them only the day before), they performed quality work, they were very professional and courteous, and they suggested a one-year repair plan that is ACTUALLY WORTH THE MONEY! I have an older home with older fixtures and appliances, and the plan has already paid for itself Based on my experiences so far, I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

We had an issue with the main waste stack leaking in our year old house Ben Franklin responded to my call and set up an appointment to evaluate the situation Because of impending bad weather I called the day before the appointment to get it rescheduled They graciously did so When the appointment came around, the plumber who came out was courteous, clean and thorough After initial examination he said he would have to break through one of the plaster walls to get at the source of the leak He did so carefully and soon had identified the gash in the pipe We discussed options at length and agreed on how we wanted to proceed He wrote up the order and we scheduled the appointment for later that weekWhen that day rolled around he showed up right on time with an apprentice and they got to work I expressed my concern about not cutting the hole in the living room wall any closer to the floor than it needed to be (I have one very curious cat) He promised to do his best but said there was no guarantee He and his partner went to work, did the job thoughtfully and carefully, and completed everything that day In addition to the main stack they replaced a cast iron waste run to a water closet on the first floor I was very pleased that they had not gone any lower on the hole in the wall than it already was They cleaned up after themselves and truly left the work area cleaner than it was before they cameBenjamin Franklin doesn't do their own carpentry work but they arrange for a contractor to come to the house and quote the job In this case it was repairing the living room and basement stairwell wall I got a call from the contractor the next day and we set up an evaluation The contractor took a look at the work to be done, quoted me a price and set up an appointment to do the repair He showed up punctually to do the work and came back the second day to finish up with a skim coatAll work was competed satisfactorily and we are certain we will not have to have any of this done again Overall we are very pleased with the company, with all the representatives we dealt with and with the work
