Pinecone was supposed to contact me about resolving the issues in question They HAVE NOT done so Apparently Revdex.com complaints do not matter to them I have tried for over a month to reach out to them to NO avail (emails, phone calls letter message) If you can get any POSITIVE response from this company I will be thankful All I wanted to do was review my account and redeem the earned/promised incentives from them Thank you for any further help in resolving this matter
