I still have not received instructions for PayPal, nor have they fixed the issue of not being able to sign in to the survey invites, keeps saying my user ID is not in the system, yet I can sign in to the main panel website? Nothing has been done to correct. [redacted] did send an email requesting my PayPal email address, but no further instructions to set it up.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  PineCone Research has given me instructions to change my password again.  I believe this is now the 5th time I've had to go through this process in just a few months.    Although I have reset my password once again and can now log in again, I suspect we will have the same issues in the near future.  I hope that is not the case, but this has happened one too many times.  Should this happen again, I will re-file another complaint with the Revdex.com in hopes to resolve the issue.  For the time being, I was able to log into my account and cash out the money I earned.  Thank you for your help.

As of this date, February 24, 2017, Pinecone has not sent me the $500.00 sweep stakes check it has promised to send. My complaint is not resolved.

I wanted to clarify that the problem I am having is that I can not access my Member Profile on Pincecone's webpage to verify payments. I have followed the instructions contained in the email; when this information in put into PineCone's webpage rather than directing me to my Profile I am directed to the Home Page. As such I am unable to verify whether I have been paid for survey's performed or have access to my Profile.

I am still unable to access my account. I was told it was unlocked but it is still locked. I have asked the company to open a new account since they seem to have such a problem unlocking my account (they have been working on unlocking it for 3 months but cant seem to do it).

Unfortunately due to outlook issues and server problems we were swamped with a large number of emails in our mailboxes.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of today, 11/29/2016, the website is still having the same issues and I cannot log in, take surveys, or withdraw the cash I have earned.  It appears their website is having issues from ALL browsers including Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox.  This is not a user issue, this is a website issue on their part with their new security features. Since they have had multiple complaints about this very same problem, I am not satisfied with their response, as they have not fixed the issue or reached out to me regarding any monies I have earned.

I received an email from the company stating that there policy is "Reward points earned will be valid until there is no earning activity for twelve (12) consecutive calendar months and will expire at the end of that twelve-month period.I responded with:  Yes, I understand, The last survey I completed was on Nov 4 where I emailed you to let you know that the survey switched to French and I was unable to complete it.I did not receive any more surveys from you after that point.This is unfair practice.  I could understand if you sent me surveys and I did not complete them however that is not the case.Perhaps this is a tactic to ensure people do not cash in??Regards,
